Worst experience ever! Scamming people is their standard of operation. I was guaranteed a specific car - both via email and telephone conversations, I had my emails printed where it is black on white confirmed that I will have this specific model NOT similar. This was the only final reason why I agreed to try OK Rent A Car despite the awful reviews. And what a "surprise"! After hours of waiting in line (despite the fact that I had purchased the fast line option) and arguing I was forced to take the lower model they called "similar" or put a request for the money back and go search another company. It's then I understood it is actually a way to scam people into believing they will get the car they pay for when in reality it's a fake scheme.

THEY WILL TRY TO RIP YOU OFF WITH DENTS THAT YOU OR A 64MP CAMERA CAN'T EVEN SEE OR CAPTURE. .IF THEY SEE THAT YOU IN A HURRY THEY WILL WORK SLOWER SO THAT YOU'RE MORE LIKELY TO ACCEPT THE DENTS BECAUSE YOU IN FEAR OF MISSING YOUR FLIGHT. .IF YOU DON'T STAND FIRM AGAINST THEIR SCAM YOU WILL LOOSE OUT BECAUSE THEY WILL DEDUCT YOUR DEPOSIT. . 0% CUSTOMER SERVICE .YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED STAY AWAY ⚠️ .THIS IS WHAT HAPPENED TO ME BUT AT THE END I WON AFTER BECAUSE I PROVED I DID NOT CAUSE ANY DENT OR SCRATCHES TO THE CAR .REMEMBER ALWAYS FILM THE CAR AND TAKE PICTURES ALL AROUND. Goof and bad, but bad is not a good.

NEVER RENT WITH THIS THIEFS. They are abusive. They force you to leave a huge deposit (1,700 euros) or pay a hefty insurance even when you already have insurance contracted online. They are far from the airport too. And when you call to work it all out, they couldn't care less about you. A TOTAL SCAM.

We rented a car from this company in Mallorca for a week, with full-insurance from a third-party. We got our car in dark, checked as much as possible, found a scratch on one side mirror, and took a photo of it as suggested by their staff. When we returned the car, they found another dent of 2cm, in the frame between A-pillar and C-pillar, charged us 260 Euros for such a small dent after we said we have a third party full insurance. Although it is impossible that the dent was caused by us (we were two and did not use the rear part), we paid that quite excessive amount. It is so far a classic rental car company trick and all legit; however, the reason for the bad review is not the dent and their pricing policy, it's the scratch on the mirror, which they also pointed out after the check. We didn't have to pay for it as we could show a photo they roughly checked; however, they didn't mark it anywhere on the car file so that the next person who will rent the car can be charged for the same scratch if they don't notice it when they get the car. I think this dishonest service the reason for their affordable prices, so this is a warning not to fall into the same trap by checking your car thoroughly before you agree to take it.

Costumer service basically doesn't exist in this company. They reply to emails after minimum 3 weeks. They don't even read your email, they answer random things not appropriate to your questions. They encourage you to call the phone number so they can charge 1.5 euro par minute (is that even legal?!?) I had another problem for a deposit which hasn't be refund after 31 days as contract stated. They solved the problem only after I wrote a review on Trustpilot, despites my several emails and calls. (they kept my deposit a total time of 47 days instead of 31 days, and transferred the money ONLY and EXACTLY AFTER my bad review in here). Seems like to leave reviews is the only way to communicate with this company. Okrentacar, you have many emails about an extra charge you have made on my contract 3265371. I asked to change return time of the car from 17.30 to 18.30 (following the advice of your desk, they told me 2 hours prior the flight was enough time to return the ca. My flight was at 20.30). I returned the car at 19.20 (as an hour late was supped to be free of charge), there were a few cars to be checked and only one stuff member. It took some times and I think in the end the guy signed all the paper at 19.40. I noticed the charge for the extra time (with a fee which included many services that I even never signed up for in the original contract). Calling the call center, they said the extra time has been charged cause I was supped to return the car by 18.30. Funny because to suggestion to change the time came from your own desk! Is that normal to you, to confuse your costumers in this way so you can charge an extra time? At the call center, the guy promised me a refund. This happened end of September. Today is the 7th of December, and still didn't receive any refund of 55 euro.
