If they would really be concerned about their customers health due to coronavirus, they would let them return the cars when all is over as, in any case, we cannot use their cars and they would not force us to go to their facilities with threats of penalties for late return...

OK Car Rental is NOT OK! Do not be misled by their loss-leader prices. They will claw back huge amounts of money when you return the car by finding minute or invisible faults for which they automatically charge you an absurdly large amount. Their return site at Alicante airport is run by a bullying dictator who will not let any of his staff inspect a car so you need to wait while he inspects every car himself in order to find tiny faults to charge the customer for. He seems particularly keen on picking on non-Spanish customers.

Very bad OK RENT A CAR renting office. We ordered a car in Valencia from 21 o'clock. As this company do not have the office in the airport - we had to go to parking where there should be a minibus which would take us to the rental office. It was not my first time we do like that, but first (and last) with this company. So we were at the parking at 21:20 O'clock. I started to make a call to the office immediately, as there was no shuttle - wanted to ask how long it will take for them to come. Nobody took the call for half an hour!!! They picked up the phone on 21:50 and said that we are late, the office is closing on 22 o'clock. And we will not be able to get the car. WhaTF??? There was no information in the voucher about the working hours!!! Why do You take our phone number and all other information during the order??? Very shhitty company. Do not recomend to order!!!

Don't trust their prices on price comparison websites! It will result very expensive and nerve-racking! We paid 90 Euros in total for a car annonced for 18 Euros. We booked a car with them at their office in Bilbao quite spontaneously just for half a day. They were the cheapest option according to Kayak and CarDelMar and offered a Fiat Mini for around 10 Euros. We also booked a insurance at CarDelMar to be save for another 8 Euros. When we arrived we where attended friendly but they tried to frighten us by showing me how expensive each damage would be so we would do another insurance with them although I had told them that I had already booked an insurance. Then there was the 89 Euros for getting a fully fueled car that we could return with an empty tank. It is true that there was written in the conditions for the car: "Take the vehicle with full and return with empty. Fees 29.00 depending on the car category." which for me means the price of the full tank is 29 Euros. But as it seems this is their comission for providing this service. There was no way around spending those 29 Euros although the woman attending us recommended us to bring back the car with a full tank so they would return the 60 euros for the fuel but not the 29 Euros comission. So we should bring back the car with a full tank and wouldn't even use this service but would still pay the 29 euros for it!?!? And there was already a fee included in the fuel that cost 60 euros but in fact would have cost around 40 in reallity! Why is this comission not put in the price listed in the price comparison but hidden in the conditions if the minimum you have to pay is 29 Euros? So the resulting price would be 39 Euros for this car without an insurance. That's probably why the don't put it: To be on the first position in the comparison. Besides that, the reserved 1050 Euros on my credit card for any case altough the retention without their insurance would be only 900 euros. They explained the extra 150 euros with thinks like returning the car without gas?!?! But I had already payed the gas plus an enormous fee for it! Returning the car was quite okay. The also returned the 60 Euros for the gas as we filled the tank for around 11 Euros before we brought the car back. But they did not return the 1050 Euros for more than a week until we called their extremely expensive service number and wrote several emails as they insited on having returned the money a week ago. They sent us a receipt via email but unfortunately that was another person's receipt. After discussing the finally sent another receipt dated the same day of our calls at the time of the last call. So they acutally hadn't done it and would have forgotten about it. In the meanwhile we spent another 30 Euros for using their expensive number so in total we paid around 90 Euros for a car that should have cost 18 Euros!

OK Rent a Car : 1278606; CarDelMar Buchungs-Nr. 310377678 Wir erhielten wie vereinbart einen Fiat 500. Dieser hatte überall sehr viele kleine Dellen, Kratzer,Schmutzflecken und zum Teil mit Farbe überstrichenen kleine Schäden. Wir versuchten, so gut es ging, diese alle zu dokumentieren. Dieses war gar nicht einfach, weil der Wagen sehr eng auf dem Parkplatz eingequetscht war. Bei der Rückgabe fand die Dame, die das Auto abnahm, eine weitere Schramme, die wir offensichtlich übersehen hatten. Wir sind absolut sicher, dass diese Schramme nicht von uns stammte. Für die Schramme sollen wir nun 200 € plus 60 € für die "Abwicklung" bezahlen.Wir fühlen uns bösartig geprellt! Eine seriöse Firma würde in die Unterlagen des Autos schauen und dort erkennen, dass der Schaden schon vorher da war. Ich gehe stark davon aus, dass OK Rent für genau diesen Schaden auch schon bei Vorgängerkunden abkassiert hatte. Diese Masche ist eine absolut unverschämte Abzocke. Wir erwarten von OK Rent a Car jetzt nicht, dass wir uns an "Customer Relations" wenden sollen, sondern wir erwarten sofort unser Geld zurück. Alles andere ist extremst unverschämt. Ich kann jedem der dieses liest nur raten, die richtigen Schlüsse zu treffen, wenn Sie auf Mallorca ein Auto mieten möchten.

Em 02/09 fiz a reserva 1655890. Os termos e condições estabelecem que a carteira de habilitação debe comprovar que tenho permissão para dirigir categoria B por mais de um ano. Como em 2019 fiz o canje de minha habilitação brasileira para a espanhola, procurei antes ver se a data de minha primeira habilitação (13/02/2003) constava na nova e a encontrei no ítem 12: 130203B. Como queria garantir a reserva, tentei contato por e-mail, mas não me responderam. Consegui contato através do perfil do fb, que disseram que não aceitariam minha habilitação e nem devolveriam meu dinheiro. O aluguel custou 12 euros e o seguro integral 60. Além de não devolverem o dinheiro, também não querem devolver o valor de um seguro relativo ao risco de um automóvel que sequer me autorizaram a retirar. Não faz o menor sentido. A OK Rent a car disse que cancelamentos apenas poderiam ser feitos APENAS através do 902 360 636. Não forneceram nenhum número gratuito, mesmo com minha insistencia. Liguei para o 902, e a atendente Isabel me pediu para enviar meus documentos para reservas@. Nunca recebi uma resposta. Liguei novamente para o 902, e Alejandra disse que tinham muitos e-mails para responder e não podia responder todos. Disse que nem por telefone, nem pelo e-mail reservas@ se cancela nada. Que deveria enviar para costumerservice@. O site, por sua vez, diz que o e-mail para cancelações é o info@. Enviei mais de 10 e-mail para todos os endereços solicitando uma solução e nunca tive nenhuma resposta. O perfil do fb não me responde mais, e o do Instagram me bloqueou após uma reclamação. Sugeri ainda a troca do condutor principal ou o reembolso apenas do valor do seguro, mas nunca tive qualquer resposta. Enviei mensagens até para o perfil do CEO, que seguindo o padrão de qualidade de sua empresa, também nunca respondeu. Vou buscar a justiça para que quadrilhas como estas não continuem a roubar as pessoas.
