This company is a travesty!!! On Monday the 10th I arrived in Rome with a delay due to Ryanair's flight been delayed from Copenhagen. Despite the fact I provided the flight number at the desk I was asked to pay 50 Euros for picking up the car at 18:10 instead of 18:00 as planned because they "had to close the office at 18:00" and I was told I should consider myself lucky they waited for me. This is outrageous, just like a very bad joke. I've been literally trapped because I didn't have any other alternative. In addition, I've been provided with a car full of scratches, the fuel tank wasn't full as per contract, the car was dirty both inside and outside (meaning it wasn't sanitized neither!) No water inside the wind wipers thank. The worst car rental ever experienced. Stay away from "Do you Italy" "Do you Spain" and "Ok rent a car"!!! I have pictures and videos related to this "experience"

Paid in full - got no car. We arrived to collect our car after paying 171 euro + insurance. OK Rent A Car absolutely refused to give us the keys, telling us all sorts of invented reasons such as that our booking agent had cancelled it. Every time we would provide evidence to the contrary (such as the booking agent called them directly and telling them nothing had been cancelled) they would switch their story to something else. Refused to let us speak to a manager or show us legal agreements stating they could deny us service. Ultimately took our money and refused to give us a car and refused to give us a refund, openly admitting that the car we intended to rent was through the door and available but that they simply didn't want to give it to us. If you're unsure go watch their car yard on a Sunday afternoon when most people collect and drop off cars. During the FOUR HOURS we tried to fight our situation, we watched people literally queue to fight with staff about being given cars with breaks that did not work, being told they would be charged for scratches and dents that simply did not exist, being told that even though they had organised an extension on the car they would be fined, etc. Almost everyone arriving was being ripped off and staff's normal response to complaints is literally to just walk away from the customer. Simply organised crime. We never got our car or our money and have laid a complaint with local government. Why is the rental so cheap? It's not. They will make their money out of you.

They threatened me on the pick up, that if I will not take full insurance, I will surely loose 1200 euro (which they didn't block, but took upfront). They give you blank list of the damages, and you have to go and find all the scratches by yourself and fill in this blank. If you will miss one, you will pay for it. Be ready to spend 2 hours for this. So I marked what I found. I drive since 1998, and last 2 years use only rental cars with no even 1 accident. This rented car was always stayd in privat closed garage under cameras. When I return the car, I stayed aside while the guy was checking. He went straight to wheel, sit there, and in one minute said there is a scratch on the wheel disk. It was just impossible, I thought probably I didn't notice on pick up. But scratch was so fresh, definitely made right now with metal nail, because metal shavings around where still there. Obviously if someone will scratch the disc before, all these shavings will fly away when you drive 120km/h. So they made me pay 260 euro for 1 scratch on the disc, which they made just in front of me. They executed their threat. Also all the stuff just disgustingly arrogant from the most beginning. The car had problems with tire pressure and air conditioning didnt work. Also they are not in airport. People working in OK are professional scammers. Shame on you.

Left stranded at Faro airport - shuttle bus To rental office did not arrive after 1 hour waiting. Tried to call 24 hour number - did not accept incoming calls - email address on website did not exist. Managed to find them on face book and sent a message to this effect. They eventually responded after 2 days giving an email address for customer service to resolve. Sent email but they are yet to respond. Eventually got a message from them on messenger saying they are not responsible and as I booked through car jet I was to contact them and it wasn’t their responsibility. I have paid €250 and have no car
