Shocking customer service, 1 hour and 5 minute wait at Alicante airport for the transfer vehicle then they sent a vehicle too small for all the waiting customer luggage. Unauthorised charge on my credit card for a missing parcel shelf, 400 euros which we had informed them was being returned by a friend on our behalf as accidentally left in our rented accommodation which they then tried to avoid accepting back. They finally accepted it but I am still awaiting the 400 euros refund. Companies like this one fully deserve their poor reputation and the previous poor reviews just highlight this.

My experience with this company is already 6 months old. And I had almost forgotten about my overall very bad experience until today when they suddenly charge my card with a 50€ fine for a supposed traffic fine. Without any documentation I am docked 50€ admin fee without including any proof. Similarly, when I delivered the car back I was docked an extra half day of 27€ even though I delivered the car within the time frame of one weeks rental. Their rental prices are ok and the car is fine, but overall it is not a trustworthy company concept.

The scratch scam is how they get their money, which goes like this: 🔑They use a sharp implement (probably a key) to scratch long wavy but very faint scratches on a hidden surface below the boot door and lower bumper. They “check” the car for damages in a hurry and in a dark place. 🛫When you return the car they blame you for the scratches and charge you €300. Funnily enough, they check the car extremely carefully in a well lit place. 💶Easy money for them. Don’t fall for it like I did in Lisbon. Avoid avoid avoid this company! Put pressure on them by going on their Twitter @OkMobilityGroup and their owner’s Twitter @Othman_Ktiri and use the hashtags #ScratchScam and #NotOkRentaCar. On Instagram you can go to @okmobility and @okmobilitygroup and @othman_ktiri_ Others need to be warned to avoid being scammed by this dishonest company.

Rented in Portugal, Lisbon. Scam company. Invent scratches on a bumper, where allready several scratches were present. They just grab the money from your credit card and there is no defense by the poor customer. Low initial price and then they make money on the invented damages. I will never rent OK Rental again. Wrote their customer service. No answer after several months waiting. If you like to gamble, you can try, as they do not allways have the scratch story. If you like the low price and consider renting, make sure to have full damage covering with OK-Rent in ordr to avaid surprises when you return the car.

Re claim OK RAC RA 3287333 When I collected my rental car from Palma airport I was told to check the car & take any photos of damage as proof if I was charged when I returned the car. I did this and when I returned the car I was told everything was ok & there would be no charges. I was very surprised to have over €300 euros taken out of my credit card the following month. I received no notice of this from ok rent a car and all my emails requesting the paperwork and evidence we’re ignored. A few months after making a complaint I was eventually sent photos of the damage. I sent back via email my photos from when I collected the car showing exactly the same damage. I was asked to resend the photos in a different format so they could check the dates of the photos which I did but I have received no reply despite asking for a response several times. So having provided evidence that the damage was there when I collected the car I have not received my money back. Very disappointed and will never use such a dishonest and rogue rental company.
