Kommer aldrig mer använda OK. Blev tvingad att teckna en extra försäkring trots att jag redan hade en med car trawler. De hittade inte bilen och innan det fick jag vänta över en timme vid upphämtning. Riktigt dålig upplevelse. Har tidigare trott att jag har haft otur men nu vet jag att det är satt i system.

Avoid OK Mobility at Palma de Mallorca airport! When picking up the car, I explicitly informed the desk agent that I already had full third-party insurance purchased through the booking platform and clearly declined any additional coverage offered by OK Mobility. The agent assured me verbally that the full amount being authorized on my card was strictly a refundable security deposit. It turned out they added their own "Super Premium Cover" (€378) and an extra "New Vehicle fee" (€27) to the agreement, presenting it to me as the deposit amount. After returning the vehicle in perfect condition, they refused to refund these funds, hiding behind the signed document. This is an aggressive, misleading commercial practice (mis-selling) and a clear trap for foreign tourists. I am reporting this matter to the European Consumer Centre (ECC) and initiating a bank chargeback procedure. Stay away from this company!

A FUIR!!!! De vrais voleurs qui vous imposent leur assurance maximum! Réservée via Do you Spain avec l'assurance incluse et équipé de carte crédit, sachant que leur TPE ne prend pas les empreintes bancaires, nous avions 3 choix soit payer les 1950 € de caution qu'ils ne nous rendaient pas en raison des frais bancaires, repartir sans voiture et avoir perdu notre paiement ou prendre leur assurance à 378 € pour 9 jours. Malgré nos nombreux voyages et locations de voiture, nous n'avons jamais été confronté à de tels escrocs! Plus jamais nous reprendrons Ok Mobility!

Völlig abzocke, Auto war komplett demoliert, keiner schaut sich den Mietwagen mit an. Wir haben alles mit Fotos und Videos dokumentiert. Bei Rückgabe ist keine Person vor Ort man muss den Schlüssel einfach einwerfen und dann zu Hause die Briefe Überraschung es wurden 600 € abgebucht. Absolut nicht zu empfehlen!

Absolute rip off from start to finish at Milan bergamo Airport. THIS HIRE CAR COMPANY IS NOT I REPEAT NO ONSITE AT THE AIRPORT ONLY THEIR OFFICE IS ... a bus transfer is required to an off airport field of cars... that's their first lie. Despite booking car with American Express card THEY DO NOT ACCEPT AMERICAN EXPRESS at the pick up unless you pay a huge sum then all of a sudden Amex is then accepted... second rip off. The car you chose online IS NOT the car you get, not even close.. Photo your car or be charged for fictitious damage to it upon return. REMEMBER if you chose to pay by credit card they actually take the £1000 deposit out of your card for a minimum of 30 days then you have to chase hard to get it refunded to your card. Read all the small print then walk away and use another company. These are Con rip off nothing else.

Shocking ! Booked a car at palms Majorca - took me over an hour waiting in queues to finally get the car- the attendant spent 10 minutes trying to force me to take their additional insurance cover - which I did not do On returning the car the person checking said there was a scratch on the rear bumper ( 2 cm long ) I tried to demonstrate from photos this was not the case and he eventually accepted my comments - I was told I did not need a signed confirmation and would receive a note with my returned deposit .On returning from the plane I had an e mail stating I would be charged ( and had had deducted £275 from my deposit for a scratch over 3 cm .. follow e mails did not lead to a refund and indeed their correspondence to me just stopped
