We rented at OK Rent a Car (Flex) Milano Malpensa and it was the most terrible rental experience I ever had. We travel a lot and usually rent with trusted companies. This company threatened us since the beginning - they said we need to buy extra insurance for ~100 euros (although our rental had full insurance already), otherwise they will block 1000 euros for a month and will charge any damages from this amount, while we will have to go through a claiming process afterword's with reservation agency ourselves. Also we returned a car with a full tank, however the deposit of 95 euros has been charged from my bank account and never funded back. Again it is a lesson to never trust 'no names' and read reviews before making a booking.

OK Cars = NIET OK Wij hebben een auto gehuurd bij OK Mobility op de luchthaven van Alicante. Periode 6/3/2022 tot 29/3/2022. De auto was bij onze terugkomst volledig schoon en er was geen kras te bespeuren. Dat was ook de vaststelling van de vertegenwoordigen van OK Cars. Echter, hij opende de 5e deur (Peugeot 2008), en ik zag dat hij aan het snuisteren ging. Hij maakte de opmerking dat er een stuk ontbrak in de kofferruimte. Hij kon ons niet duidelijk maken wat hij juist bedoelde, maar hij omschreef het als ‘Falta Bandeja pequena maletero ( blijkbaar een soort deksel?). Kostprijs 410 euro. Aangezien wij gedurende gans onze huur van de auto de koffer niet gebruikt hebben, kon dit uiteraard niet aan ons liggen. Echter, we werden op een norse manier weggezonden (ik heb uiteraard niets afgetekend) zonder enige uitleg. Wij zijn dan naar het loket geweest van OK Cars om onze verwondering en ongenoegen te uiten. De uitleg daar : je moet maar een bijkomende verzekering nemen, dan had je dit niet moeten betalen. Het is voor ons zeer zuur te moeten vaststellen dat je blijkbaar geen enkel verweer hebt tegen dergelijke oneerlijke praktijken, temeer dat wij bij onze thuiskomst vaststelden dat er reeds 410 euro ingehouden was van onze borg, die wij verplicht gesteld hadden via onze kredietkaart. Ondertussen heb ik de verantwoordelijke van OK Cars in Alicante reeds aangeschreven en ook de klantendienst, maar ik krijg geen antwoord. Conclusie : OK Cars is totaal onbetrouwbaar en houdt er praktijken op na die je niet voor mogelijk acht. Luc Lampole

I paid 46pound +premium insurance 7 pound in e-dream then when I reached in portugal I paid 55euro and 250euro security for premium otherwise you must have 1300euro in mastercard not accepting debit or credit card insurance once again basically he says we are not accepting e-dreams and they are working with them.

Do not use OK mobility Rent a Car, Alicante Airport. Unfortunately, for me I have been ripped off by this Company. I collected a car and was told there was no damage, but when I checked the vehicle there was lots of bodywork damage which I photographed. However, they do not give you the contract when you collect the car now, they just email it. However on returning the car a very rude German gentleman?! told me I had damaged the wheels and must pay. The car was never parked anywhere where this damage could have been done and my husband and I refused to sign that we had damaged it. On checking the car hire documents in the airport, damage was already detailed to the wheels on the contract but they just claim that this damage was to other wheels. They have illegally taken 460 euros from my credit card. Absolutely appalling. Do not use OK Mobility at Alicante airport. They don’t answer your emails either, I have written a complaint, but I am just being ignored. They also ignored my credit card Company. Do not hire a car from them, without a print out of your contract, do not accept the contract by email as they transpose your deposit signature onto it. Video the whole car on collection - or else they will con you that you have damaged the car,

At Alicante airport, we picked up the car on level 4 in a dingy badly lit packed multi-storey car park, we checked the car as best we could and didn't spot a tiny mark on the roof/ gutterline. We took the car back today, I had to park on level 2 with bright lighting and next to the outside wall, with plenty of sunlight the operator almost took the car apart looking or damage, we'd hardly used it in 10 days we had done 88 miles. He found this tiny mark even in bright sunlight it was very difficult to see, it doesn't even show on photos either, I pleaded that we drove to our house and left it on the private driveway, it must have been damaged before us, after a lengthy discussion he said we couldn't prove it and neither could he, it took ages and we were going to miss our flight, we were trapped I signed the form disagreeing with the findings, knowing full well it wasn't us, I will be charged 860 euros, which I know will not be used to repair the car, it is daylight robbery, I've been hiring cars or over 20 years and none are great but OK Mobility are the absolute worst of them all....AVOID THEM AT ALL COST. I have also been asking for my contract which they never emailed, I've messaged the CEO Othman Ktiri, who announced record profits ,during a Pandemic,and no response...suprise, suprise, what they do is totally immoral and in my opinion criminal

robbery, legal robbery, European governments need to stop this scummers.

Second time i've used them in the last few years (Barcelona and now Faro), all i can say is that I was really satisfied both times. Cars were new and nice both times, staff friendly, service perfect. Can only say keep up the good work.

Bonjour, ÉVITER OK RENTACAR À L’AEROPORT DE PORTO ( Perafita-Matosinhos). Je vous raconte mon histoire diabolique avec eux. J’ai réservé une voiture sur le site Carjet.com le 10/01/22 pour une prise en charge le 27/01/22 retour le 01/02/22. À l’arrivée à l’agence, le réceptionniste a refusé de me donner la voiture car soit disant ma carte de crédit VISA PREMIER n’était pas acceptée car c’était une carte à débit direct et en indiquant que j’était obligé de prendre leur assurance à 135€ si je voulais prendre la voiture et après ma carte était acceptée. La pure arnaque c’est des voleurs. Donc j’ai refusé de prendre leur assurance et je suis parti prendre un voiture ailleurs. EN PLUS AUCUN REMBOURSEMENT POSSIBLE. Ils sont là juste pour faire du chiffres d’affaire en arnaquant les clients. ÉVITER DE RÉSERVER CHEZ EUX ATTENTION ILS SONT DES ESCROCS DES QUE VOUS VOYEZ OK RENTACAR À L’AEROPORT DE PORTO - NE VOUS ARRÊTER PAS C’EST DES VOLEURS C’est des voleurs et le personnels est très désagréable. À FUIR C’EST LA PURE ARNAQUE ET ILS ONT TOUTES LES RÉPONSES. J’ai fait une main courante à Porto (Commissariat de police) et je vais informer le Tribunal Européen des droits du consommateur pour fermer cette agence car elle ne doit pas continuer à exister. Comment on peut faire confiance à OK RENTACAR Porto et leur personnels. Ils on refusé de me donner le nom du responsable de l’agence et le nom de la personne qui m’a reçu le 27/01/22 vers 11.00h.
