Welll….. I would have given this company a good rating as our experience at the ‘pick up’ was excellent. Flight delayed, arrived at 3am local time gentleman at the counter was great, had stayed open so we were able to collect the car. No issues at all. Car was lovely. However, sadly the same cannot be said for our drop off. I had paid for the fully comp insurance as I always do. When I returned the car, the ‘horrible woman’ (who said she was trying to help me - what a joke!!) found 2 small dents in the tyre rims of both front tyres. She knew exactly what she was looking for….. they were probably there when we picked the car up - at 3am mind - I did check the car briefly but not for the tiniest scuffs in the tyre rims. She said had been caused by hitting a kerb. I never did hit a kerb as the only parking spaces I used were ones you could drive straight into. It was like she knew they were there……funny that!!. Her response was - take the pictures, then you can claim the charge back from your insurance!!!! I’ve now been charged an extra £400 on my credit card, which I did not agree to and which I have not been informed about. I’ve had no communication from OK mobility or ‘Do you Spain’ about this. Absolutely shocking company and will never use them again!!!!!!

Booked car for Palma via Rentalcars.com with full insurance. At pick up took 1.5hrs and that was only because we paid 18Euro for 'fast-track' - that in itself is profiteering as they knew how many cars were being picked up at that time yet only had about 30% on - that should their problem not ours! We then showed our Full Insurance to be told not adequate but could not clearly explain why (and I was a motor insurance underwriter for 12yrs and made no sense to me)! ] Given the choice of an pay either extra 133 Euro or if not a 1100 Euro deposit with a threatening inference that we would be stupid to not take out insurance as "they will charge you for every single little scratch or dent no matter how small"! Friendly! We were past tired now at 1.30am so felt bullied into paying the extra - which also included GPS (which was already built into car) and breakdown - neither of which we were asked about nor wanted - that;s how confusing she was. On return tried to contact OKMobility but no email on website only a premium rate number and when you call it says its open 6am-midnight, directs you to email them at their website where there is NO email address then cuts you off! Looking at the reviews on here with similar problems I can see why they dont want to be contacted. I have applied for chargeback with my credit card and suggest anyone else to do the same I also uploaded evidence of insurance we clearly had and their contract along with a link to this webpage to show my credit card company how disreputable they are. Good luck everyone if you need to do this, but AVOID if you can!

Hired a car at alicante airport for 24 days april/may found airport staff very friendly & efficient. Return process was very easy and once again staff were friendly & efficient. Good experience with no problems.

An absolute shocking sham of a company, it took us 2 hours to pick up our car. While standing and waiting they treated some customers appallingly . They were rude when challenged and will try it on with fake insurance. On your return and dropping off your car if you don’t have their expensive insurance you will be penalised with having to wait in more queues, they have no system for a quick drop off. How and guess our car was crap and the battery was flat. DO NOT USE THESE BELTERS

Like everybody else. Terrible experience at Alicante Airport. Fleeced into buying extra insurance despite already having full insurance, being told I needed to leave a £1000 deposit if I dont pay. Despite the 15 min forensic examination of the car on return, no damage was seen. I wasnt given any sort of proof or sign-off, being told it was not needed and my deposit would be repaid. Needless to say, it hasnt and they now claim it is for damages. Absolutely scandalous that the EU lets these thieves operate as a legitimate company.

Scammers, don't trust on they, never will use it again. When I arrive they want to give me another car and change extra without asking me. Also they want to charge for another insurance with I paid before but they said the one I paid was not valid because is not with them. They always want make money on you if you let. Don't use, I don't recommend at all.

Rented a car with this bunch of crooks in Faro in February, every thing fine except I have never received my fuel refund, they sent me a copy of a payment slip that was as clear as mud, probably paid MY money into one of their own accounts, tried contacting my CC company but can never get to the end of the queue. This company should be avoided at all cost, customer service is non existent and rest assured they WILL rip you off, I have rented cars all over the world over many years and never had an experience like this, they are shameful shameful shameful

I'm from the UK and hired a vehicle last Friday from the Ibiza St Jordi branch. Upon arrival I had all documentation ready and payments and voucher. The guy serving me was highly rude and had little or no customer service experience. He then told me that my deposit cannot be taken from a Mastercard or Debit Card but only a credit card. I produced 3 credit cards and each one he had an excuse not to accept payment for. He then said the only way I can get the vehicle is if I pay an additional 115 Euro's to reduce my excess and he will accept my cards. I felt blackmailed and had no choice but paid it. Funny enough he used the same credit card he said he wouldn't accept payment from. Then he gave me a car that was totally battered, with scratches and massive dents on it and was filthy inside. When I went back to report it he said don't worry about it. I asked to change it for a smaller vehicle like a Fiat 500 and he said he didn't have any although there was 5 on the parking lot. Another customer asked to change their vehicle for damage also and he changed it for them but not for me. Upon returning the vehicle the same customer rep shouted at me to move my car and the whole experience was terrible. This is a right old cowboy company and read all other reviews as plenty of people have been ripped off also. I've now emailed for my money back but have not heard back from them since. AVOID THIS COMPANY LIKE THE PLAGUE!!
