what made my experience great was the quality of the mask and the feedback I received from wearing the mask. The customer service person would text me and ask me questions about how my face is doing, were there any questions I had or any issues I was looking to perfect. They were generally concerned about me. I like that. The product is amazing. This is just my first pack and it’s four mask in a pack. I am on my last one and my face feels like a baby’s butt. So smooth, and glowing. and my blemishes that were on the side of my cheek are fading away, not bleaching away. That’s amazing! I love this product and will continue to purchase it. They are crooks. I bought it once and they did automatic shipping which I never requested. The product is not impressive and I cannot get them on the phone or they do not return emails. I now have no choice but to go to the attorney General in Florida to report this fraudulent company. Don't purchase from them.

I ordered four boxes and I love the product. Don’t get me wrong but I didn’t need a membership and when I called to cancel the membership they said oh no we have to send the product to you first, then you have to return it. They had taken the money out of my account asked for my new address cause I had moved sent me the product then they’re telling me I have to send it back and I pay for it and then I have to pay 20% to put it back on the shelf so my question is why couldn’t they have just sent back my money and kept the product and never sent it so part works great, but the company is a terrible company

I have only done one face mask. I could see a little of a difference in my skin. Even my husband said he noticed. I did receive my product fast and so far no complaints.

I'm not impressed with product the first day face feels hydrated after that nothing. I've used it for a month now along with the stick you can get for target areas , under eyes, forehead line and frown lines twice daily no change in anything. I leave mask on over night maybe its not for Black people.

I tried this product as they were offering a free trial just pay shipping. I used one and it was ok. Nothing to jump hoops over. The following month I noticed a charge on my cc for $35.99 from this company. Contacted them immediately! They informed me I signed up for a membership. I informed them I did not and to show proof where I did. Still a month later with back to back emails, since there is no customer service number to call, I’ve gotten nowhere. I have since received another package of these masks. I told them I don’t want them and I certainly didn’t order them. They are now telling me I have to take it to a FedEx office at my cost and they will be charging me a 20% restocking fee!! For something I did not order! I feel this is false advertising, forced payment and now I’m held hostage to a product I didn’t order with the worst customer service ever. So I can’t even say read the fine print because it’s not there! Just buyer beware with this unscrupulous company.
