On time delivery. My skin hasn’t felt this good for a long time. I’ve given a couple to my close friends and they ordered them.

If I could give negative stars I would . These people are criminals. They shipped my order to the wrong address - mind you the correct address was on the order confirmation, the photo of the delivery shows the address on the package is not mine. It has been about 6 weeks I've been going back and forth with them you can't get a live person to save your life and when you get a response from a person it's bs. They tried to tell me it was my fault for not checking the address on my order, I told them the order address is correct their shipping department used the wrong street name, showed them photos they provided about 6 times, then they required me to send them a photograph of my front door, which I did, then they finally said that was enough proof - it's been a month since then and I still have no refund and their latest email (takes about a week between emails to get a reply to your last one) says they are "investigating the matter and appreciate my patience" This is a dishonest business. BEWARE - I've filed a BBB complaint about a month ago that the business still hasn't acknowledged. It makes me laugh when they respon to these reviews saying email them to get it resolved - they don't pay attention to whats written in your emails, they take over a week to respond and when they do they just put you off doing "research" or reply with a response that makes no sense given everything you have already supplied to them. SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM and a VERY poorly managed business.

I have had successful experience with quasi collagen masks. The look and feel of my skin has definitely improved over the past month! My experience with customer service has been good so far, and I hope it stays that way. I definitely recommend this product!

I haven’t seen results yet, but I am going to keep going!

I would like to commend Elizabeth for her excellent customer service. She helped me successfully close my future orders with Quasi and made the entire process simple and efficient. She was courteous, knowledgeable, and quick to respond to my concerns. I appreciate her professionalism and the positive experience she provided.

I had dark circles around my eyes and I have a lot of dark spots on my cheeks and this product is amazing. My skin is even growing no make up very little foundation. It’s amazing. I’ve been using it for three weeks and it’s amazing. Love it love it love it.

BUYERS BEWARE I ordered one shipment of masks at a "discount" and they automatically set me up for auto shipments. I immediately cancelled the membership they automatically signed me up for which wasn't easy to figure out since there is really no live person who is managing this shady business, all AI bots respond and no phone number to call. I had to jump through a bunch of hoops to find out how to return the package and 3 weeks later no refund. I've emailed them numerous times and provided proof that the unopened package was received on 9/1. I sent another email on 9/19 and now I'm getting the silent treatment. Please beware this is a scam and the product isn't that great either. Come on Quasi refund the money already.

I reached out to get a couple answers to questions- I received prompt response and got things cleared up quickly. Elizabeth Was clear and professional- I appreciate the help and clarity
