I saw so many people raving about this mask, and I finally decided to try it. It definitely hydrates well, but I didn’t see dramatic results overnight like some people claim. After about two weeks of use, my skin did start looking better, but I was expecting a more instant transformation. It’s a good mask, just not the miracle I was hoping for.

Ordered several items for Christmas with expedited shipping and never received them. Poor customer service. Buyer beware.

Their own Instagram shows videos to watch out for fakes which include the masks that are thin with a single white protective layer with holes in it and no eye or mouth patches.... yet that is exactly what they send you if you order from them. We have tested a few brands to weed out the fakes and scams and these guys are 100% fraud.

I ordered 6 boxes of these face masks, it took 4-5 weeks to arrive. The boxes were all quashed and the first mask I opened was in pieces I couldn’t even put if on my face. I have emailed this company twice and have not received a reply from them. I would not recommend buying from this company.

These masks are promoted heavily on social media as being saturated in collagen. Mine arrived boxes all squashed and ripped and the first mask was so dry and devoid of any product it wouldn’t stay on! It fell off after 3 hours it didn’t go transparent and my skin felt bad like dry and tight I had to put rescue balm on that my husband uses for eczema to soothe it! I didn’t jump to conclusions I just thought maybe a dud mask so tried another but this was one was dry and wouldn’t stay on for more than 2 hours when it came off my cheeks were all red and blotchy and again dry and tight - these masks are cheap and nasty I made a complaint to the company who told me to use a toner with it so it would stick and ignored the skin issues! I responded back that I was using a toner already but really if the masks had any product on you shouldn’t need the toner! I’ve asked for a refund and all 20 emails sent so far have gone ignored!! SHOCKING company just avoid!!

Received the product but the quality definitely isn't worth the money. The proportions of the mask are odd so it doesn't sit properly and I removed it within 5 minutes, my skin feels drier after having the serum from the mask on my face.

Got allergic reaction, red, painful rash all over face.. I am on day 3 with red face. DO NOT BUY
