I asked for a change in m shipment address after completing the order, realizing I would be OOT. Got confirmation immediately that Elizabeth was able to accommodate the change. Thank you so very much. It’s not a product you want sitting out in the hot sun for several days.

Great thinking reaching out when you did! We're glad Elizabeth was able to update your address right away so your masks arrive safely. That's a really good point about the heat too, so thank you for mentioning it. We hope you enjoy every single one! 🫧 Warm regards, The Quasi Team

obvious fake reviews. Lied about their trust pilot reviews in their website claiming to be 4.8 stars when it was 2 stars. and large amounts of sus 5 star reviews appear to be created recently. their website says "16,000" reviews BUT WHERE?
Response from OfficialquasiJun 22, 2026
Hi Truc, Thanks for raising this — it's a fair thing to check. The 16,000+ figure reflects reviews across all of those sources combined. You can see them directly on our website. The recent reviews you're seeing are from a routine post-purchase email we send every customer — that's standard practice, and each one is from a verified buyer. If anything still looks off after you've had a look, reply here and I'll dig into the specific reviews with you.

I cancelled an order. They wouldn’t let me and suggested I wait until it arrives and start a return. I read about what a hard time they give you trying to return their product. I asked for a refund again. I had to notify my bank and gave them the information. They found in my favor. I still didn’t get my initial order. They said they refunded all my money. I sent my bill that showed I charged more than they returned. They still won’t give me the product or a refund. I think all the correspondence goes to AI. Their AI ISNT VERY INTELLIGENT. I WOULD NEVER BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS AI. I can’t talk to or correspond with a human.

Hi, Thank you for pointing it out. Unfortunately, per our policy, once an order is placed, we cannot guarantee any cancellations as all orders are processed immediately, hence we suggest that customers double check the details prior to placing an order. If you wish for us to take a look over your correspondence, please kindly provide your order number and the email address you used to place the order and we are happy to take a look.

The masks are ok, but the quality is not as good as the medicube collagen mask from target. I find the quasi masks won't stick or stay in place on my face, even if I'm lying down and staying perfectly still. I'm constantly having to reposition or hold them on my face. They also don't provide as good effects as the medicube mask does. Honestly, they seem like their quality is equivalent to a $1-$2 mask. So they're way over priced for what you actually get. And the shipping takes FOREVER. If you want to try a collagen mask, just go pick up a medicube one from target. Medicube masks are the same price, better quality, you don't have pay for or wait on shipping, and no subscription to try to figure out how to cancel if you don't like the quasi masks.

Hi there, thank you for sharing your honest feedback. We appreciate you giving our masks a try and we're sorry they didn't deliver the experience you were hoping for. We do have a couple of tips that have helped other customers with adhesion: making sure skin is clean and dry with no heavy creams or oils underneath, applying the top piece first then the bottom piece, and pressing firmly from the center outward. Staying still for the first 10 to 20 minutes while the mask sets can also make a big difference. That said, we know every skin is different, and if the masks just aren't the right fit for you, we stand behind our 30-Day Glass Skin Guarantee. We're always open to feedback that helps us improve, and we genuinely appreciate you taking the time to share yours. Warm regards, The Quasi Team

All good. I couldn't see how to modify my subscription myself, so I emailed and they responded immediately! Thanks!
