My concern over the sneaky, forced subscription enrollment is what brought this whole matter about. 𝗜𝗻𝘃𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝘁 By the time you arrived: 1. The issue was solved. So what exactly are you trying to investigate and resolve? After your public response and request: 1. I provided my email address. 2. I provided my order number. It is now the end of the day. I love this product! The first morning after using mask, my husband complimented me and wanted to know what I did! Also when I was worried about paying for a subscription, which I didn’t want, Christine checked my account and assured me that I was not signed up for subscription and made sure everything was okay! She answered very promptly and was very kind. I had read other reviews that customers were charged for subscription they didn’t order and they couldn’t get in touch with anyone. Well I’m here to say that that is not true. I sent email and within 30 mins I had reply from Christine. I will order again when I run out of masks, because of her fantastic customer service!

I have not felt pretty for years. I hate pictures and looking at myself in the mirror. I was hesitant to spend the money, I work two full times jobs. For weeks, I have spent 10 plus hours in the field every Saturday and Sunday. I took a chance, ordered a pack of Amazon, and did my first mask last week. I loved it. I woke up and felt a little bit better about myself. I felt pretty. I was going to make myself wait for a full week to do the second mask because I dent have much money. I did it last night. I woke up and could visibly see the difference. My lips are fuller, fine lines around my mouth are less noticeable, my skin has a glow and looks rested, younger. I love this product. I bet you will too. I hope to be able to afford to continue to buy this product. It is worth the money.
