On july 7th I bought a computer for work from @officedepot’s website. This computer was scheduled to be delivered on July 16th (last Thurs) I’ve still not received a tracking number, all I get from customer support are excuses! #this is #ridiculous #OfficeDepotFails #badBusiness

Let me start by saying If I could give them zero stars I WOULD. I have spent the last month being told that I would be receiving a refund for a chair. I ordered this chair then was immediately billed for it on my account. Due to them having "financial issues" they allowed it to expire until they noticed 10 days later. The refund was processed by the representatives who assured me I didn't need to return the chair due to the inconvenience of the two overdraft fees because I didn't realize they refunded me due to being out of town. Then Corporate denies the request the same day I was told that it was approved and to wait 3-5 days. So I called them AGAIN the gal said Corporate will call you and I will send an email to you so you can provide your bank statements. Never received the email or a call. Corporate sent me a generic email showing how uneducated they were about the situation when my bank was charged. I'm apparently a "valued" customer who corporate doesn't care about even though this was something their own representatives said was happening to everyone who made purchases during that time. Never again. JUST TAKE BACK THE STUPID CHAIR *washes hands*

This company is very unreliable that they shouldn’t be in business. I ordered multiple items that never arrived and they wanted me to go around the neighborhood and locate my package.

I am going through a very serious situationI sent several important e mails/tex,t messages to get copies made,I went to get them, & they had deleted them & threw them away,because I didn't get there fast enough,So I resend everything ,& ,I explained I have no phone,, no car ,, ,&I stayed in contact through emails,I get there Today,& they did the same thing ,knowing the seriousness of this, it would not have taken 5 min to tell mer that your throwing them away, especially since I stayed in contact with Office Depot without a phone ,or car,& walked there .,POOR COMMUNICATION & DISREGARDING IMPORTANCE OF CUSTOMERS NEEDS,,

DO NOT PURCHASE THE TECH SERVICE BUNDLE WHATEVER YOU DO. They logged into my computer and did four resets and they would not get out of my pc. They messed it up more than it already was.

Recently ordered a WorkPro vertical 4-drawer filing cabinet at the Office Depot #495 off 17711 Tomball Highway and FM 1960. Rude employee. Asked for curbside pickup. Krystal says no curbside for large expensive items. Had to go in the store to sign for the item. Told Krystal that I will be in my car outside the store. Had to go inside again to sign the invoice. No curbside. Krystal's name badge was upside down. No one asked for my ID for verification. Where is the logic that no curbside for large items and did not verify ID? Website says curbside pick up. Even in my receipt. Will not recommend this store.

I have a Office Max that I regularly visit in town for prints. Normally, I am in and out with no problems and my prints look great. For whatever reason, this most recent attempt was not the same. I had a couple of pages that I wanted to bind together for a comic project I was working on with some friends and I figured I'd order some prints to get a prototype together through Office Max. I ordered them, picked them up, and brought them home. Upon getting home, I looked at my prints to notice they were flipped, meaning the prints were facing opposite directions, which completely ruined my purpose for them. Upon further inspection, all of my prints were also shrunken down to include an additional 1/4" border, even though I had already formatted my PDFs to comply with that. So, after noticing my prints were terrible, I looked for their customer service on their website. I got on and was set for a queue of about 30ish people, so I waited until it was my turn (roughly 25 minutes). I was then greeted by an incredibly slow customer service representative, who after about 10 minutes, revealed that I'd need to return to the store to get a refund. I'm completely confused as to why I have to return to the store, as I ordered the prints online. Overall, a terrible experience. As I said before, it normally isn't like that, but this experience has really made me reconsider my interest in getting any future printing done there.

OMG!! I should have read the reviews before ordering a TV from Office Depot, then I would have known that poor customer service is the norm. I ordered a tv on 6/3 The money appeared back in my account on 6/9 without notice. I called customer service and was told that the TV was out of stock. So I purchased a TV from another company. On 6/24, I found my bank account overdrawn. Office Depot went back into my account on the 24th and stole the money back. I have spoken to customer service almost every day since the 24th. I have been given the run-a-round from service reps as well as supervisors, without any success. To date, 7/9 my issue remains unresolved. I am a disabled vet. Every penny of my money is accounted for every month. This situation has really caused me a hardship. This is by far the worst customer service I have ever experienced. *** BEWARE***
