Extremely disappointed with Office depot products. Never go there to buy, neither they help or support once you purchased anything. I got Realspace mobile tech desk which is having faulty parts and i get no support to replace this. All customers complains about this but there is no recall. I wouldn’t not recommend anybody to go there.

Good to know, the Van Nuys div is doing so well, they can afford to refuse to sell me a floor model chair - for $400. Guess I won't be buying the lighted keyboard, desk, or ANYTHING else from this store. Ever.

Excellent Customer Service!! Armando went above and beyond to assist me because of disability issues. O am forever grateful for that chair sir!! Staff was courteous, professional and attentive. Copy service delivered on time, quality printing... Thank you all!!!

Office Depot in their grand departure from reality insists that items delivered in the past, MUST be picked up in store-I needed a chair mat they are the only ones who have it, and it's been delivered twice before to my residence. This time they insisted I drive many miles, go into a store (which these days is life threatening) and pick it up-this mat rolls up, and is very easy to ship. I offered to pay the freight-they still refused and blamed on their warehouse-who in turn blames it on customer service-if they can't come through for their customers during the planet's worst crisis in a hundred years-when will they? Despicable, and when I mentioned I am a writer and would post this-they seemed very unconcerned-this is in its own small way truly atrocious-they don't deserve their title or to be in business at all. I predict the power of Staples will overwhelm them-perhaps this is the first of many signs of their true apathy-Stay Well All...

I canceled my subscription and account in January of 2020. I kept the email stating so. Subsequently, I have had two charges in April and July. I have been calling, emailing, everything. I once again today had to put in more claims. Angst and frustration!!!

Extremely disappointed! I ordered ink and it was supposed to be a curb pick up. The item never arrived. I got an email saying that the item was shipped! Weird because I was supposed to pick it up right way. But assuming it was going to be shipped to the store I never complained. I guess it was shipped to a non existent address. I called to report it they told me I was going to get refunded but it never happened. I already opened like 2 cases called like 10 times. Supposedly I am going to receive a check on the mail it’s been over a month and nothing. First time I order with them online and it will be the last. I am still trying to work things out with them but I guess it will be easier to get a lawyer.

I bought a product that I never received. I paid by card, asked for refund, and the request was declined. Never buy there; they are scams
