This is by far the worst experience I have ever had. I order a desk and filing cabinet for. Over 500 dollars and they got the shipping address wrong so I Went back in to change my address they charged my card twice. After that my desk and filing cabinet was suppose to be here July 6 but nothing came so I called and they told me everything will be here the next day what about the filing cabinet came by freight and I had to pick it up at dollar general and the desk never came on top of that my money they took out my account was not refunded now the canceled my order for the desk and want to refund me the money. SMH DISAPPOINTED

I called initially to ask why it said my $138 item had been delivered when it had not been, and the employee was unable to give me a real response, just that I would be called back in a few days. I called a day later to ask a question about a different product that had been delivered but was missing a piece and I stayed on hold for 50 minutes before I gave up. I don’t think it was the employees fault but I think Office Depot really under hires, and probably pays their employees too little, so the customer service ends up very poor. I would not ever buy from them again, the price looks appealing but is misleading. Buy from another furniture store.

First, let me say that places like Office Depot/Max are chasing away customers like me and apparently many others that gave 1-star reviews. In my opinion, with competitors like Amazon Prime and Walmart Office Depot does not have a wise return policy. I have a chair that broke after the 14 day return policy. I'm going through a hassle trying to get a refund. We will get through this like I have all the other stores that do not put the customer first, however, it leads me back to Amazon Prime where the refund is guaranteed without hesitation and drama. I bought this for my son and it seems all too often we are not satisfied with the customer service at other retailers and end up going back to Amazon Prime. The CEO of Office Depot and other stores that are not customer-friendly could learn a lot from these companies that are billion and trillion dollar companies. I see, the worth of Office Depot falls far behind Amazon and Walmart.....Just sayin!!!!

Bought two ink HP compatible cartridges, one b&w and one colour. The b&w cartridge doesn't work and they won't replace it.

I called on June 8, 2020, after my Tech Service was automatically renewed, to cancel the tech service subscription and get a refund. It is now July 6, 2020 and I have not received the refund. I am currently on hold with someone? who assures me she will get this taken care of right away. This is the 5th customer service person who has assured me they will take care of it. I am dumbfounded by their inability to take care of this issue!!!!!!!! I was just advised that she has sent a direct message to tech services and it will be 7-10 days before I receive my refund. I asked for a supervisor. We'll see.

The Office Depot in Pearland is NOT clean. They do not sanitize even if the customer requests it before paying. 2 Managers were rude to me and the cashier did not have paper towels or disinfectant. When he finally found it, he did not know how to clean properly. CUSTOMERS ARE NOT REQUIRED TO WEAR MASKS. AVOID THIS STORE! It is not worth getting sick with COVID. Management does not care.

I ordered a product the first of June and was to be delivered on the 22 of June; well no merchandise was shipped and I had to call x6 time including the Store to get information regarding my order and no one had any answers on including the Customer Service. My order was cancelled, I received 3 emails from the Solution Team to no-avail other to say that they are sorry. Had I not contacted Customer Service/ Resolution Team, I would still be waiting for my Product. Not to mention the UNAVAILABLE Item is still listed on their Web Site for PURCHASE!!!!. I wasn't given the Opportunity to make another purchase similar to the item in question....I purchase all of my Office Products for this Establishment NEVER will I purchase ANYTHING from this Establishment ever Again as I have MOVED on. To Conclude this Statement.... Read Reviews before Shopping!!!!!

I had to visit the Office Depot store on 2495 S State Rd 7, Wellington, FL 33414 today around 5 pm. Upon my entry I was greeted by a young man, asking me to wear a mask. I told him that I do not wear a mask because it is not LAW and because of medical and religious reasons and kept looking for the ink I was trying to purchase. This young man preceded to harass me regarding wearing a mask or leaving the store, so I ask for his manager. The manager by the name of Ben appeared and told me the same thing, in which I informed him that I will not wear a mask and that it is unconstitutional of him to continue to harass me about it as he was infringing on my Constitutional Rights. I also told him that I will not wear a mask because of religous and medical reasons, which I do not have to disclose under HIPAA Law. Manager Ben than ask me to leave the store or cover my face with my shirt, so I offered to wait outside and have him bring me the Nr. 65 HP ink I tried to purchase. Ben declined. I than lifted my Tshirt and covered my face and ask if that was to his liking and he said " yes." I had to lift my TShirt, which exposed my stomach to appease this man. If I wouldnt have needed the ink I would have left. However, since it is unconstitutional and not the Law, that would have been passed by the Senate for your demand to be legal, I will contact my Attorney. Manatory or suggested doesnt allow you to enforce or refuse service. Section 242 of Title 18 makes it a crime for a person acting under Color of any Law to willfully deprive a person of a Right or Privilege protected by the Constitution or Laws of the United States. I filed a complaint with Headquarters and contacted my Attorney.
