Oceanic Teak FurnitureReviews of oceanicteakfurniture.com

The products came exactly are represented. The quality is very good, and assembly was easy. The personnel at the shipping warehouse were knowledgeable, helpful and held my shipment a week since I would not be home. I would definitely order from this company again.

Great service Quality product

The chaise lounge chairs are well made, the wheels roll smooth which is great because the chairs are quite heavy. The chaise pads are good quality and have held up nicely so far. Delivery was very quick and they were very good about letting us know when they would be arriving. I would have given 5 stars, but the packaging was pretty damaged when my delivery arrived, but at least the product itself wasn't damaged. And also the middle piece to one of the sliding table inserts wasn't attached and was just floating around in the box, but my husband screwed that piece in.

This was one of the most wonderful companies we have ever dealt with. The tables, chairs, and cushions are gorgeous. The customer service was the best! The three times I spoke to someone on the phone he/she was always helpful and kind, which is unfortunately rare these days.

A truly remarkable customer service experience. A few days after my placed order I was notified that the requested product would be back-ordered. Encouraged to contact them, every effort was made on their part to remedy the delay and ensure that I received my revised order and was pleased with my purchase. Patio table and chairs arrived last week and we are thrilled at the look and quality. Absolutely beautiful, sturdy and quality workmanship. Stellar company!
