I was very hesitant to buy online from a smaller retail store but they delivered quality pieces just as well as the larger furniture stores. I ended up having to call because I was cashing in on my gift cards and they were very accomodating. They also were readily available via email which I prefer than going through a customer service line. My only issue was the third party delivery service who delivered it on the wrong date but fortunately we were home. The furniture arrived on a pallet and we only had to assemble legs to the table. The table is very sturdy and heavy. We just had to run fine sandpaper about three or four times in one area in order for one side of the leg to go in. No big deal. Better a tight fit than loose. We haven't had good weather since purchasing this about a month ago and am anxious to enjoy the patio set.

I was very pleased with the communication, service and the quality of the product. I would buy from Oceanic again.

The Bench arrived on schedule. It was very easy to put the five pieces together. It is sturdy and handsome. Much better than I expected!

We found this company online. Before ordering we phoned the warehouse with questions. Responses were handled in a polite, well informed manner. Having our questions satisfied we ordered a teak table & 6 chairs. The furniture arrived in perfect shape. The driver was very nice and even delivered the pallet to the inside of our garage. We were warned that it would be delivered to driveway. Nice, unexpected perk. It was easy to assemble and better quality than we were expecting. We called and ordered chair pads and they arrived quickly. Company was so easy to work with and quality is wonderful. Definitely recommend this company! Would order again!!

When I received my 8 person oval dining set i was thrilled. I ordered the Pacific chairs which are extremely sturdy and well constructed as well as the table. The chairs were delivered already assembled. The table was easy to put together and took me 15-20 mins by myself. The chairs are a little heavy but I'd rather them be a little heavy than compromising construction. A minimum of 2 people are required to move the table because of weight. The furniture is delivered on a wooden pallet so it has to be delivered on a driveway or garage ect. The delivery driver is not required to help with assembly or moving the furniture. They literally pull up drop off the pallet and leave. My wife and I were able to take care of it no problem though so no big deal. The wood is beautiful. The center leaf of the table was delivered with a broken hinge. I got online and contacted the company with a message through the website. I recieved an email within 1-2 hours with the company apologizing and stating that they are sending me a new hinge via UPS. I would definitely purchase from this company again.

Oceanic teak is of the very best quality. I just bought my second dining set for a new villa. It has held up well even in the harshest of climates.

We ordered the Southampton Deep Seat Teak Set (4 pieces). The two chairs and table came in a timely manner, as did the cushions. When the chairs and table arrived they were accompanied by a note which stated the sofa would be delayed by another few weeks. Disappointing but what can you do? They already have your money...Then those three weeks pass and we have heard nothing. I call Oceanic Teak to ask what is going on, and I am told that the sofa did not make it on the shipment that came in last week. However, I was assured that the sofa was on the shipment that would arrive in another 4 weeks! We placed our order on April 8, so I HOPE I receive everything I PAID for by the end of June. Absolutely ridiculous. The guy on the phone said all he can do is apologize (what does he care, they already have my money at this point). You would think if they knew there was going to be a second delay that they would notify the customer. Not this company.
