The world’s most damnable purveyor of misinformation is the New York Times. The more you read, the more brainwashed you get. Known Hitler supporters. I used to love NY times for their culture and interesting stories. A part from travel articles, they rarely provide any useful info these days as only focused on pushing their radical political views on others. What a shame! I did not renew my subscription.

Canceled my subscription two days before a new service period was beginning and they only offered to refund me 70% of the next month's subscription while I won't have access at any time during that period. Disappointed overall with the interaction.

Promise a weekly rate of $.50 but charged $6.72. Called to complain but was told that they could do nothing. Cancelled immediately. This subscription team will sell you snow in winter to close a sale but will not honor commitment.

I moved and updated my address online but it didn't seem to do anything. I haven't received my paper at my new address for over 2 months now. I keep reporting it and getting refunded each week. I've called and chatted with customer service 5 times now and each time I get the same answer, "we're working on a solution".

I have been a subscriber to the New York Times continuosly since 2016. Lately, everytime I go to access my digital subscription I am asked to log in; This has not happened in years. I called customer service hoping to resolve this issue. The person told me that this was due to my settings which is false. We should not have to log in each time we want to read the paper, the agent did not get it! I asked to talk to a supervisor, but he pleaced me on hold for 30 minutes. I decided to disconnect and I will cancel my subscription. I will just keep my Washington Post subscription, but not this one.
