Update: Still nothing but evasion from this company. I'm terrified. Do not waste your time. Every email claims they are so busy, it's so hard, wah wah. I can't believe these criminals have my credit info. Oops. This startup is nothing but a glorified drug dealer, much like every other direct to consumer group that is capitalising on the CARES act. Buyer beware. I'm well aware the risks, and am grateful for not having to bootleg meds from India, but this is by no means what most people are accustomed to in the "healthcare" industry.

They sucker you in claiming you can use your insurance for any form of birth control. Many women I have talked to have all said the same thing I experienced. They paid the consultation fee, only to be told they can't get birth control because of their insurance. But they offer you to pay out of pocket for a pill they recommend. My insurance is really good and pays for literally everything. I'd really like my money back.

unbelievably bad business practices and customer service. I paid the fee to have a consultation with a doctor because they advertised as having the brand name of the pill I used to take - it was the only pill I don't have side effects with. Once I spoke with the DR, she said they don't carry that pill. So I did a little research and messaged them back that I was interested in another brand but asked if it was the brand name, and not a generic from an unfamiliar manufacturer. I got no response and they just charged my card for 3 months of the pill. I messaged them back that I hadn't asked to order it, and just had a question. No response. Over the next three days I got several messages that it had shipped, etc and I responded to every message with -"I do not want this pill - I need to know if it's the generic version first" They never responded to one of my messages. They just took my money. Any women who has taken the pill knows that brand name vs generic is an important distinction. Hormones are too important to mess around with to just put any pill in your body. This feels like a scam - or just a horrible business.

I've been waiting for 12 days for someone to respond on the app, email and phone call to call me back. I never received my prescription or heard back from them but they certainly charged my card right away. This service is a scam. Beware. It took my complaining here for anyone to notice and as soon as I posted here they emailed me. Ha! So you do have people "working". It still sucks, I don't recommend it.

Second bad review of nurx. After my first one they reached out to try and fix it. I was assured it would be a few days. It’s been a week so I reached out again to be told that they were waiting on info from me. I replied back that I answered them last week and now nothing. I signed up 10 days ago and have received nothing but bad customer service.

I have used the Nurx service and have had good results. It is convenient, for sure. Plus, I now get my rosacea gel through their platform as well. The clinician took all of my concerns and preferences into account before choosing my medication plan. I do not regret signing up with them.

They took 8 days to write back to me, and I wasn't given an option to cancel. In this time I used another online service which replied within hours and was given a choice of treatment options.
