I have been using Nurx for several years and they finally lost me. I have had issues over the years but they have always been resolved by customer service until now. When I was doing my renewal for my birth control, they offered me to add on emergency contraception for an “estimated $0.” When I was completing my renewal there was an option to proceed with filling the script regardless of the final price, and I did NOT check that box. They reached out to inform me that my birth control was not covered and asked how I wanted to proceed. But they went ahead and charged me $90 for emergency contraception and are refusing to refund me. Clearly this isn’t how it’s supposed to work but they won’t admit their mistake. They’d rather lose a long-time customer than not scam people out of $90. This medication only costs max $50 at any other store, by the way.

Amazing customer service!! I was missing birth control that said it had been delivered, and Nurx team was so kind and extremely helpful and sent me replacement refills right away!

They charge you money with out showing how much or giving a receipt immediately signing up for there BS service. Then deny you and keep your money. Thank god for charge backs. Stay away from this scam of a website

I have been a customer for Nurx for how many years. However, it’s the first time that I have used their delivery service, so they send it to their pharmacy and they deliver it on your doorstep. However, I have not received any of them. They have charged my credit card even for the tretinoin which is so expensive and refused to refund when I tried to cancel even if it hasn’t been shipped. Never again. I will never use this company again. They are fraud and scam.

Failed to cancel my subscription in a timely manner after issues with service.

I'm on a fixed income and needed the price I got previously. That was all I could afford until the 5th Thursday. I was told I couldnt get it.

Horrible Company The worst company I've had the misfortune of dealing with. I started using Nurx quite a few years ago to make the process of receiving my medication easier. It started becoming a habit for them to change the medication brand (manufacturer) and even though the chemical makeup is supposed to be the same, I ended up having mild to severe reactions every time it was switched. The final straw was when they straight up refused to send the brand I requested on the basis that the manufacturer wasn't making it. I moved to another provider and lo and behold, they not only had the same manufacturer but were regular in sending it. Until they closed and unfortunately I was pushed back to Nurx who again, just picked on a whim which medication to send me without any notice, alert or discussion. To make matters worse, they billed my insurance, refused to send the correct medication, would not allow me to send the medication back and did not respond to messages or call me back within 24hrs as I was told. Avoid Nurx. It's a sham.

This company charges for prescriptions at a high cost than doctors. They keep sending your forms and forms to keep things going. I asked for this to be canceled 4 times and they still didn't do it, claiming a form needed to be done. You have to go through 1 million items before you can get our of this. Do not use them
