Horrendous customer service. They will never get back to you. The fact that this is a site giving out medications is quite scary. You’d think it would be much more on top of things and professional. And the fact that they just wrote sorry we didn’t meet your expectations on every review and say that you can email them, is ridiculous. I have emailed Their support email address that they provide, and it’s gotten me nowhere. Beware! Go to your regular clinic avoid this site at all costs.

If I could give them a zero star review I would. There was absolutely no communication between myself or the so called doctor prescribing me the medication. They were very swift in doing their consultation, taking my cc info, then shipping the product before I could even ask questions or see if I could get a different dosage. I tried repeatedly to get in contact with someone and it was basically, too bad. Order was already processed ( in less than 24hours). It took me forever to cancel my subscription and then I asked that I be removed from their emails. Well, almost 4 months later, I am still getting emails. You go to their website, and they have no way of offering you to unsubscribe. This is a violation. They are a shady business. Who knows if the information you give them really remains confidential. I highly doubt it.

So far, not so good. It's been over a week since my acne retinoid request has been "under review by their care team". I am already a Hers customer, so I am just going to stick with them. I do not trust these people. I regret giving them my credit card info.

Very prompt and helpful! The time between submitting my request and a healthcare provider reaching out was less than ten minutes. Not only were they were very responsive to my questions, but they made me feel so comfortable asking them! Also transparent through the whole process about next steps and how long everything would take.

I went through a period when I didn’t have health insurance so I was grateful that services like this were available and affordable. I started getting birth control from Nurx about two years ago and was generally happy with it. Quick and easy. I also liked that medication was shipped directly to me and the communications from them were mostly great. However, my latest experience has been awful. I see their advertisements everywhere and had seen them advertising prescription strength retinoid cream. I’ve wanted to try this for a long time and since I’ve been a Nurx customer before, knew this was a legitimate business. They were very prompt to take my money for the consultation and very prompt to reject my insurance and get me on a cash paying basis. But I’m still waiting for the service I paid for. It’s been many days. I reached out to see how long it generally takes and it was days before I got a very generic response. Communication would be nice. I still have no idea what’s going on. If it’s going to take two weeks, tell me that! It’s like Nurx has taken on too many customers and can’t provide adequate service anymore.

My birth control prescription has been getting filled since 2018, with no problem. I have a very mild and controlled auto immune disease. I have had this diagnosis noted since making my account. Once again, my birth control had always been filled. Never was I contacted about it. The most recent time I have tried to fulfill my prescription, I got multiple questions asking "if I was diagnosed with lupus" when it clearly says a different disorder. The doctor also asked me what tests I had done and what my symptoms are. I didn't have a problem with this initially and assumed the doctor was just educating themselves. After asking me all these questions about my symptoms I was told Nurx would no longer be filling my birth control prescription because of my auto immune disorder. It frustrates me because the auto immune disorder has been noted on my account for four years and it was NEVER a problem until now. Both my in-person obgyn and general doctor know I am on the pill AND have the auto immune disorder and they don't even ask questions about it. I should have been denied it from the start. Now I have to mad rush to make an appointment so I can get birth control on time. Or, I'll just have to use a different telehealth service. So of course I am not getting my money back for the consultation, they'll happily take that. But I no longer have access to birth control. EDIT: 08/3/2023 I was happily using Pill Club until they shut down and transferred accounts to Nurx, much to my horror. Now I am trying to make sure they don't start charging me again, but Nurx is simultaneously saying I don't have an account, and that I am already using my email for an account. Emailing support gets me NO response.

Not a good experience. I signed up with them to try a continuous low-dose pill. I told him what I was on. Never spoke to an actual medical professional and they just ordered the same prescription I was already on. What’s the point??

It’s good over all it did make me a bit nauseous but not that bad, I will be getting it again
