11th hour delivery. The overall experience was pleasant and easy, but my Rx wasn't delivered until the day I ran out of my pack. I was able to go without missing a day of my pill, but the last minute had me very antsy and wondering what I would do if there was an issue. I hope this was a one time fluke and next round will deliver early enough I can follow up and make a correction if there is a problem that won't end up setting me back on my medication.

appreciate the ability to access my health information and the responsiveness of the staff; however, the app itself has significant issues. When I view my current or past orders, it only displays information from 2018 and does not show any recent prescriptions or orders. Because of this, I have no way of knowing what prescription is being processed or when it will be filled until I receive an email notification. This makes it difficult to track medications and manage my healthcare effectively. I would appreciate improvements to ensure current prescription information is visible and updated within the app.

Easy to receive medication, slightly difficult to renew

Everything is great, I just wish I could pause a subscription like tretinoin. I don't need it every 3-6 months. I would like to keep the prescription but choose when I want it shipped. The only option is to push it off a few months but then they force the ship.

Nurx was able to provide a treatment without me leaving the house and whenever I need my prescription refilled I have had no issues. Nurx is fast to respond and get my prescriptions to me. I would have give five stars however they do not offer any type of moisturizer or spf for the face which I think is a big deal since they treat rosacea. The dermatologist did reach out and make several good suggestions which was truly helpful- In my opinion, being able to provide this to customers would definitely be a smart marketing strategy. Overall great service!!

Good communication and follow through.

Their shipping is always quick, discreet and it's so convenient getting my birth control this way. Any time I have questions or have any issues come up, they're great with responding and figuring out any issue.

I love everything about Nurx, but a while back they changed it where you can't change the date your refill is. I used to be able to if I didn't have the money yet or had enough pills to move it forward. Now it tends to put me in a financial bind when it comes out my bank.
