The website is good but response times can be slow and I really do believe they need to change their advertisements on medicine costs. There's been a few times in the past where medicines have been more expensive than the ads they put out on Google and it's a little frustrating having to pay nearly 10$ more than the supposed 15$ per medicine pack. They do let you review your order before it's placed but again if they're going to prescribe more expensive medication then they should advertise that very clearly before having to pay a consultation fee.

Generally good in terms of getting the prescriptions sent to the pharmacy. Billing is far worse. I called them last month because I was charged the monthly fee though I had not filled any rx. Well, the process of calling and speaking to customer service resulted in me getting charged again, this month. I am locking my credit card up. Not a very ethical company but if you want a simple rx like a Tretinoin, it’s cheaper than seeing a Dr. So there are trade offs.

I have used nurx since the pandemic, and it has steadily just been going down hill since. It’s easy, it’s convenient, but since the merger with another subscription service, several things in the app no longer work.

While the convenience of not needing to book an appointment with my doctor for birth control is convenient, I’ve had many issues with my birth control not being in stock when I need it. There have been issues with delivery, pick up locations, and brand that I prefer. I’ve been tossed around by a multitude of people often having to relay the same information, and met with “there’s nothing I can do” customer service when faced with issues. Worth the convenience, but it comes with its own setbacks.

Nurx is great as long as you dont have any mishaps or issues. I lost a pack and years ago it was possible to get an emergency month refill for free but now it was a complete run around. they charged my single pack to my insurance and charged me for my full prescription to put me out of more money for whatever reason. and when I said I would pay out of pocket for the one time single refill they took that to mean just ignore my insurance altogether and charge me put of pocket going forward. Just silly and annoying. ill still use nurx because its fine and consistent just dont ever lose your pack because its a pain to get it sorted out.

There has been a lot of issues accessing the app and the webpage.

Nurx is expensive considering how long it can take for someone to reply, how my doctor or np changes every time I message and how much the cost of medication is without insurance I don’t think $79 a month is reasonable

I've been getting my birth control from Nurx since the pill club went away a while ago... Bummer. I missed the little goodies I used to get, plus it was completely FREE. Now I pay a small fee I think it's like $3? Maybe. Nothing terrible. Anyway, recently I opted to try their weight loss meds. Went with a mid priced option. It's ending up costing me more than I expected. I will say they're checking with me along the way prior to charging me, so I appreciate that. But I not only pay for the meds. I also pay a monthly membership type fee, I forget what it's labeled. And I just got an email that it's increasing too. Not sure what exactly I'm paying that for as there's not really much provider/doctor involvement aside from my initial interaction.
