Asked for birth control waited 24 hours to be asked what medication I take for my primary immune deficiency I get back ASAP I wait 24hrs to be told I cannot get my birth control I have been on for years because my medication I take for Primary Immune has a risk for blood clots and so does estrogen so I can get a estrogen free birth control for $60 a month and they don’t allow you to use medi care or a shot on top of my weekly infusions I reply asap asking if there is no way to get my current low ogestrel I have been using for years as the estrogen helps me miss my cycle and prevent issues caused by my period….. 24 hours go by I hear nothing…. I ask planned parenthood for birth control in less then 24hrs planned parenthood doctor approved me for birth control with a similar does of estrogen no issues. I ask them to cancel my account and the doctor then gets back in less than 30min to say they canceled my request and I can reach out with any questions or concerns but obviously that is not the case as she ignored my message and plea for my same birth control after my PCP dropped me and I’m left without a doctor RUN FROM NURX AND RUN TO PLANNED PARENTHOOD!!!

I have had an absolutely ridiculous experience with Nurx so far. They have an option in your profile to hold your prescription until issues are resolved with your health insurance but apparently that just doesn't matter. They charged me the full price of a pack of birth control + shipping (I've ordered the same type of birth control without insurance before, I know what it costs) saying it was a 'insurance copay' when I asked about it. They said that my insurance did not have them as an approved pharmacy and that they could transfer my prescription. That was the last response I was ever able to get from them as I asked them to transfer my prescription to Express Scripts about a month ago and have been completely ignored. I have sent follow up messages and have been polite in every one (unlike in this review I guess). I don't usually write reviews like this, but wow. Oh and the cherry on top is that they make it as difficult as possible to cancel. There is no button to do it yourself in their website, so you have to message them to cancel which I'm sure will go well

Terrible customer service, have provided the same information multiple times in messenger yet still asked for and nothing processed after a week. They charged me 20.00 but have done nothing. This is a scam.

Nurx is verified company good pharmaceutical company and it is easy and have less price for customers and provides quality products which you can get profits with more money ... this is my experience with Nurx is a telemedicine company that offers birth control prescriptions, emergency contraception, and home testing kits. All prescriptions are written by a licensed healthcare professional in your state and delivered directly to you.

Would do NEGATIVE if it would let me.. No help at all.Useless people here. DO NOT USE what a joke been on this medication for 27 years with NO problem.. Then when they refuse to help you they still take your money. The people here are rude and disrespectful too Won't let me put the date I had the worst experience on here with these so called doctors,(not doctors) They need to go back to medical school and relearn things becqause they think they know what they are talking about but they dont know what they are talking about i know i have experienxe with these people and these people are NO good and are a joke

I reached out to Nurx to bridge the gap between my current BC prescription and my next doctor’s appointment. Nurx was quick to take my $20 consultation fee and immediately send a message saying they are not skilled enough to evaluate my case based on my questionnaire responses. What a rip off!

They refused to fill the birth control prescription that I told them I have been using for years because I have Ehlers Danlos Syndrome. If I do not take my birth control, I have horrible migraines and faint daily during my period. I do not have insurance, so this service was my only hope at having any kind of quality of life. I think it is disgusting that they would deny medication to people who really need it. I guess Nurx might be a good option for you if your boyfriend just doesn't like condoms but not if you actually need birth control.

The worst experience ever. They advertise 0$ generic birth control with insurance, with a 20$ consultation fee. Suddenly, I was billed 150$ for 3 months worth of medication. Next, when I reached out to them, they took a week to respond and started gaslighting me that they didn't have generic medicine for the medicine I wanted, and I knew it was available in that medicine. Don't believe a word that this company has to offer. They will just scam you.
