So I was given a year prescription for birth control pills. When half way through that year, I come home from a vacation and realize I don't have a package waiting for me.... but what do I have, you ask? An email from Nurx telling me that I should come back as a customer. So I send a text, that goes unanswered. I send a live chat through the website, that goes unanswered. I call, to be told they have no idea why that happened. But that my medicine will be shipped out. I ended up having to call 4 times and just had the script sent to a local pharmacy. Clearly, Nurx doesn't take reproductive heath seriously. I feel bad for the people that are going to get their mental health medication through Nurx, and hope they're prepared when they're cut off halfway through a prescription. EDITED TO ADD: Nurx save the automated response, telling me to email you. I have. Multiple times. It's clear that you have no interest in helping us customers, evident by the amount of negative reviews.

Honestly I only have good things to say. I've used Nurx since before the pandemic and they helped with birth control and migraine medication. I did end up having to end my subscription but it wasn’t their fault. They tried several different medications for both the birth control and the migraines but my body is just so sensitive that I had terrible reactions. Yes, the customer service can sometimes be slow, but I feel like that's due to other factors, like when the pandemic was at its height and people were only going to doctors in person for emergencies. They also got super busy after Roe was overturned. But they've gotten back to me even on weekends and holidays. They honestly were sometimes more helpful than my own doctor that I see in person.

Absolutely horrible. I used them years ago with zero issues, I wish I had done research to see if they were still a good company. Requested a prescription, they took my $20 and said they can’t take my insurance, but said they could send my prescription to my local pharmacy. They never did and closed the ticket. I open a new one, they take another $20. They keep saying they they don’t take my insurance, and I can get my prescription sent to a pharmacy. I’ve had the same conversation with multiple customer service reps and it just keeps going in circles. “We don’t have your insurance card” *uploads card* “we don’t take your insurance” *I know I want it sent to my pharmacy* “please send us your pharmacy info” *I do and don’t hear back, so I message them again* “we don’t take your insurance” 🤦🏻‍♀️ disputing the charges with my cc company

I used NURX a couple years back for birth control and I remember not having issues and got an ad that they do acne/derm consults cool I thought let me re-up! Fast forward to today and boy has things changed! With technology and telehealth services being frequently used I expected they had a whole dedicated provider pool but recently I had consulted for basic acne treatment and my exchange with the provider was abhorently slow the last communication we had was Friday and they responded the following Thursday with mostly me prompting a “hello?” response AND IT IS OVER SIMPLE TEXT EXCHANGES..... like what is this crap healthcare service when your provider isn’t the one following up with its own patient pool and putting in the orders they are consulting for?! In summary DO NOT EXPECT STELLAR SERVICE and now I laugh at the $40 of “consulting” and getting a couple lines of text of NOTHING (because most of it will be automated responses like the one you will normally see on negative reviews here on Trustpilot) Hey NURX please do your customers a favor and actually put actions to your feedback gathering your customers are clearly unhappy!

Unreliable, fail to support care in a timely manner . The first time I used Nurx I was pretty impressed. I had my prescription mailed to my house, and it was pretty prompt and positive. That was the end of my good experience. Subsequently they were unable to fill my prescription, had inconsistent error messages, claimed to send all of my refills to a pharmacy but that wasn't the case. Response time to inquiries is now days and they're unable to support prescription troubleshooting any faster than 1 month (which makes no sense when a refill is less than 1 month out).

I’m not sure what happened to Nurx. Customer service is now nonexistent. I’ve been emailing/messaging them for WEEKS just to get an invoice so that I can get reimbursed for my medication, and every time they respond they give a canned response: “Thank you for reaching out to us. I apologize for the delayed reply. Our team is receiving more messages than usual right now, and we're doing our best to respond to our patients as quickly and thoroughly as possible….” It’s been over three weeks for a simple invoice that quite frankly should have been provided when they shipped my medication. Will never do business with them again.

HORRIBLE!! Takes forever to get in contact with someone. When you do, it’s a different person responding each time or you get automated messages. BE AWARE If you update your shipping address in your profile, they still send it to your old address even after someone reaches out to ask about your correct address. I’ve asked multiple times for them to correct the address yet I got no response and as far as I saw what was charged, it’s going to my old address. I even have my health insurance card on file but they don’t bother to look at it or reach out to you whether they accept it or not. I highly recommend you avoid this company.

Much like the other reviews, its been over a week, have been charged and paid oop to expedite yet order is still not been received, nor has it shipped. Customer service is a joke. Rude and unhelpful. Nothing like the advertised quick, costly and convenient. This has been the longest, inconvenient, most expensive experience. I could have been to see a dermatologist in this amount of time and paid half of the cost.
