I have been waiting over two weeks for my prescription. Never again will I use the app. It is better to just see a doctor and not have to wait. If I would have known how long it was going to take, I wouldn't have done it. They should provide a time when you can see a dr and get prescription

Absolutely awful service, didn't get the prep I was looking for, and at the end of it all I'm sent a bill for $250

I wish I had done my research on nurx before I paid them $55 and waited a month for nothing. I was seeking mental health help. So, while I was already struggling, they took my money and did nothing for me. Kind of a kick me while I'm already down kind of thing. Don't go through this company. It's not worth it.

It takes weeks to get ur medication, they will cancel orders without notification and communication is awful. It's like a robot is using chat and not a real person. I would suggest using a different company

Oh my God all I wanted from this company was a simple birth control prescription and it has been over a year and everything has been a nightmare!! My insurance was making me get the prescription through a mail order service (Nurx could not send it directly) and this took so many months and messages to get Nurx to set it up properly I ended up having to PAY for the prescription at a local pharmacy even though I should have been getting it for free. NOW a year later it has come time to renew the prescription so I completed the renewal survey and paid the $40 and that was OVER A MONTH AGO and there is no prescription to be had and I have sent MANY messages and they respond "You have a renewal survey to complete" ARE U EFFING KIDDING ME?? This place is a complete scam.. you talk to a different person every single time and it is clear none of them have any clue what they are doing or talking about. I am so angry that I gave my money to this place! Now my prescription is expired and I won't have my pills in time and I'm going to have to figure out how to get them somewhere else. What a pile of **** YOU ARE.

If you think that you will get medical treatment by a qualified medical doctor you are wrong. This site is over run with unsupervised mid level providers (nurse practitioners and physicians assistants). I am a professional and I think that mid level providers have their place but not unsupervised in online telemedicine. My concern is that this company is using false advertising. They make it appear that your care will be managed by a qualified medical professional. But physicians assist are just that assistants to a medical doctor. They should by no means be practicing independently and doing initial medical consultations, this is truly dangerous. My experience with the physician assistant on nurx is a clear example why Nurx is a dangerous company. I used nurx to continue a treatment migraine that I had been successfully treated with for over 5 years. I provided accurate medical history and answered all questions that the were asked. The PA then proceeded to tell me that the medication I have been on caused my genetic condition. I attempted to explain that I was diagnosed with a genetic condition long before I was taking the medication and that the specialist treating my genetic condition was aware of the medication and approved of it. The PA refused to order the medication because he believed the side effect of the medication was the cause of my genetic condition I understand that providers on nurx have the right to not prescribe a requested medication. However I am concerned about the medical competency of the PA that helped me and other mid levels on this site. If the PA lacks the basic knowledge to understand that a medication cannot cause a genetic medical condition what other knowledge is he lacking and furthermore what other mistakes is he making.

They sold birth control to my minor child without my consent. I found out by accident that she was taking it. It's terrifying that a company would sell birth control to someone over text messages, and then send them medicine in the mail, who knows what she actually has been taking! Not only that but they encourage her to pay full price so that it could be 'hidden' from parents. We have insurance so it would have been paid for. Needless to say, I will be taking my daughter to an actual doctor and getting BC from an actual pharmacy. This is a horrible business model and they should be ashamed of themselves.

I came to Nurx for treatment of my migraine. I jumped all the hoops and took the video. To date I've heard nothing, and yet, they took $60 from my account. I have a massive migraine, no treatment, no communication, and $60 missing! I highly recommend people staying away from this place. A few days is useless when you're suffering from a migraine! There's no point in taking the money to try and treat that and come back into the patient in 3 days or 4 days. What's wrong with you people?
