Not writing a review, more of a thank you to all these people who wrote reviews on this company, as i was ready to use it , but due to all these horrible reviews, i will not be using this company, it definitely sounds like a huge mess of a Company, thank you to everyone who wrote these reviews.

Awful company and a waste of $35. I will be disputing the charge with my credit card company. If I could give them zero stars I would. Too bad I didn’t research reviews prior to submitting an inquiry.

I've ordered my birth control through Nurx during times that I've had no health insurance and the process has always been super simple. Responsive staff. I get 6-month packages for BC pills and they always stay on top of it.

Can I leave a negative 5 star review. I have been dealing with them for well over a month. Over two weeks ago they told me to watch for tracking for my prescription. I contacted them again today, and response now is they need my insurance info, sent that to them a month ago. And they won't refund $40 fee, because script has been written, even though I have fought with them for weeks to have them send it. Stay away from this company, a different person responds to each message and clearly they don't review previous messages to see what is going on. What a rip off! Their response to my review is sorry and we want to make things right. I have them numerous opportunities over the several weeks messaging them asking what was taking so long, and they clearly couldn't manage to resolve the issues. If they really wanted to make it "right" they would refund me since they clearly can't take care of customers.

Order under Review by care team. Inquiry about this. The rep was so rude. This is my 1st time doing medical online, so of course I am skeptical. She immediately said we will refund your money 3-5 days. Goodbye - & hung up. OKAY! Give me back my $40 & I will NEVER come back to this site again if this is the service I get.

Nurx has been unable to fulfil a single birth control prescription correctly. They have canceled all shipments after not shipping by the stated date. When they called it in to my local pharmacy it was incorrect and the pharmacy kindly covered the loss on their end vs making me go without. I wasn't going to reorder with them, but they reached out and said they had everything in order and could ship my next 3 months to me asap. Yet again I am scrambling to get birth control because they just canceled my shipment yesterday with the same lame excuse about having more messages than normal. I've communicated all of this to them, but they don't seem to care.

Service was completely fine until the new year. They suddenly stopped accepting my insurance and after trying DAILY for over a week to talk to an actual person, silence. No clue what's going on inside the company, but based on other reviews I am not the only one experiencing issues. Do some research and take your money somewhere more reliable.

I hate a company that intentionally creates problems. This company had one job and that was to send my prescription to the mail order prescription service associated with my insurance as they had done many time before. Now they tell my prescription service they will not renew my prescription and tell me I have to go to a local cvs to receive my prescription. They are incompetent and deceitful. Once I finally receive my prescription, I will dump them! Beware!
