Hopefully you never need to talk to them because you will be waiting a while. I had some bad side effects and it took a week... 6 days for someone to get back to me. I sent text and emails everyday and nothing for a week. Also, I had never been charged for my Rx. But this month they charged me $15. It's been 5 days of me reaching out and nothing.

I put in a request for an acne consultation. I specified from the start I’d be using my own pharmacy and not theirs. I gave them the information to said pharmacy and even though It took a few days to hear from the provider, i finally did. My medication was sent to the pharmacy of my choosing and I picked it up. I then wrote to the provider again asking for a topical cream with my other medications. The provider sent the topical medication to my outside pharmacy. A couple days later they charged my bank account $240 for 3 months worth of the SAME medication I had already picked up from my outside pharmacy, after explicitly telling them since day once I would not be using their pharmacy. I called costumer service, the lady went over my messages and was able to see everything I stated above. I was told I did everything right and it was a mistake on their end yet id have to wait till their “leadership team” reviewed my complaint and that she couldn’t guarantee me a refund. Now I am sitting with 6 months worth of medications I don’t even know will be effective at treating my acne and that I specified over and over I wanted from my pharmacy. I wish I could post the message threat because I made it so clear from the start, and I am out of $50 from my pharmacy plus $240 from theirs. That is $290, which is a pretty big sum of money for an online service. The fact that the representative said I did everything right but she still couldn’t cancel my order is unacceptable. I have never dealt with such horrible and inept treatment from a company. Please go somewhere else.

Fine as long as you don't need anything except product shipped. As soon as you have a question or issue, their TERRIBLE customer service is frustrating to no end!!!!!! Really a bad company. Perhaps a Better Business Bureau complaint is in order.

I’ve twice requested a refund because they took my $25 for my “visit” and here I sit days later having heard nothing. It was just a refill for the pill I already take. Had I gone through another online service I would have had my prescription the same day or next day. Update one week since review: so still zero communication from Nurx, or their provider regarding my PAID “visit” that hasn’t happened. BUT THEY WERE ABLE TO RESPOND TO THIS REVIEW WITHIN A FEW DAYS!!! Priorities right! One would think after seeing this they would investigate, reach out, resolve the problem. But no, their response is to message them. Like I haven’t done that multiple times with no reply! Second update a week after the previous update: 6 days ago h the ey finally reached out via email, apologized and said my refund had been processed. Here we are, and no refund to speak of. If they had processed it 6 days ago I would have it in my bank by now.

I've been using Nurx for about 2-3 years now. I use it for all of my medications and despite constant messaging, no one answers the messages and my medication always arrives late, leading to me missing a few days of my medications (anxiety meds and birth control). I have called and they always fill at as soon as they can at the pharmacy. But now, I have been trying to contact someone for the last 5 days due to an insurance change and still no one has answered. Another red flag... you can't leave a review on their website. It looks as though you can, but once you log in, it takes the option away and you can only view other reviews. Please steer clear and use a different service. You will most likely end up without your medication and ignored via messages through the app.

I've been using nurx happily for a couple years and always thought they were great, but my son submitted a treatment request a week ago with no response! They charged him $40 and no one has ever responded. Even customer service hasn't responded to his followup asking when a provider would follow up with him. Disappointing.

I added my insurance info and they decided to charge me $45 and then an additional $3.00. When I asked why I charged they said I didn’t add my insurance in time. I added my insurance the beginning of January and my order wasn’t until end of February. So I told them that didn’t makes any sense. They responded with contact the insurance company for reimbursement.

I used to love this company. Back before I could drive, this company was a god send and they used to be really great. Now, they’re awful. They’ve been saying for 2 years that they’re receiving a higher volume of messages than usual. First I assumed covid. Then I assumed the overturn of roe v wade and the panic that ensued. Now, I think they just don’t care. First they started giving me grief about my insurance, basically holding my medication hostage despite the fact I requested they charge me even if it wont go through the insurance. They repeatedly requested information I had no idea about. I didn’t have it. I sent them the front and back of my insurance card and that used to be enough. Apparently not now. So it took about a month to resolve that. Constant back and forth messages where I might as well have been talking to a bot because they just kept sending me template emails. Finally, I gave up and called during what little free time I had. Finally I got some help and I had them send the remainder of my refills to expressscripts since they were so unreliable, I could actually trust I was getting my meds at expressscripts. Now, my refills have run out. So I reached out. “You have to wait until this date to request renewal”. Fair enough. I waited, I requested. That was a month ago. I’m waiting for them to actually approve my renewal. I messaged them a week in asking about the progress. Template email. Then I waited another week. Now they sent a template saying I had to wait until 7 days before my medication expired to reach out again which is ridiculous since it takes a week for a response so I flat out told them no which I never do. I worked customer service. I would never be rude to a CS worker because I know how tough the job is but I’m so fed up. Now they’ve taken so long to respond I’m PAST the 7 day mark and STILL no response. No renewal. Nothing. After i get my refills, I’m done using them. :EDIT: and what a slap in the face for them to respond to this almost immediately and takes weeks to respond to my medication request. Maybe if they’d put their energy into their customers and not combating negative reviews, they wouldn't HAVE so many people writing negative reviews
