NURX IS TERRIBLE. I am a patient of The Pill Club but then my birth control prescription got transferred to Nurx. Been making follow ups about my transferred rx for how many days, I'm out of bc to take for how many days now too. No progress was made. No updates. The customer service is not helpful AT ALL. They ended up cancelling my prescription like what the actual fvck? COME ON NURX!!!!!! 👎

I paid $20 just to get a reply that they don't accept my insurance. I was ok with the "pay out of pocket" option, but the person on chat never came back to me ... After reading all the reviews I'm actually so glad, that it didn't go farer and I didn't pay to them my additional $45.

I am suspecting Nurx is some sort of glorified scam. Websites like this one is probably the only way we are going to reach someone. I have been demanding Nurx for a refund of the $25 paying for absolutely literally nothing. I absolutely know it’s possible to refund me. After being on hold for 18 minutes before anyone even answered the phone, I had a woman pick up the phone, ask me my phone number, then immediately she put me on hold and after 30 minutes of waiting, SHE hung up. Why would I EVER want to continue being a part of this service? You’ve provided me no service at all, nothing, and you do not have the right to charge me this money. I am not okay being told something that provided ZERO goods/services to my life is going to cost me any money. I have a brand new 8 week old baby, I have to feed him formula. I cannot afford ANY extra costs like this, with nothing in return. I was willing to be charged in order to avoid getting pregnant again (birth control), but I absolutely am not in a place where I can afford losing any money so I need my money back. I will do whatever I have to to get it.

If I could give 0 reviews I would! I came from Pills Club and from the moment I got trasnferred to Nurx it just got worse and worse everyday. First their customer service is terrible, it would take them 1-2weeks to respond. Second, they would just cancel your prescription right away without you knowing it. Third, they dont care if you ran out of pills THEY JUST DONT CARE! This is the worst customer service ever considering they are in the health care. I have never read a positive review about them, all those who came from Pills Club found this company the worst ever and it is! The whole process gave me stress and anxiety because I am out of pills. NEVER EVER ASSOCIATE YOURSELD WITH THIS COMPANY!!!!

I reported them to the better business bureau today after being ignored for 8 days and their help line being off-hook for 2 days in a row. There is no way to receive any help from them or service for that matter. I got switched from pillclub and this has been an awful experience. It’s something as simple as continuing my birth control prescription and they can’t even do that. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

NURX DOESN'T CARE ABOUT WOMEN'S HEALTH. PERIOD. I was transferred from Pill Club and the experience has been nothing short of terrible. For people who are working in the medical field, they show no empathy or competence. I have switched providers after having been on hold for 2 hours and having my emails replied to after 2-3 weeks. Absolutely unacceptable and the fees are incredibly high. STAY AWAY.

I’ve been a Nurx user for a very long time. Now, they keep canceling my prescription with no notification. I use birth control for healthcare purposes unrelated to pregnancy prevention and I absolutely cannot miss a pill, so the fact that they can just cancel it without saying anything is insane! The first time, I used their messaging system to try to figure out what was going on and they gave me several (incorrect and inconsistent) reasons why it was canceled. I finally got on the phone with someone who spoke to me like a high school bully, and she said it’s because my insurance hasn’t been paying. Well, I contacted my insurance and they actually HAVE been paying Nurx. When I told customer service, the person on the phone sounded extremely frustrated and practically hung up on me. I would absolutely not recommend this company. They definitely do not care about their customers

Forced to transfer from the pill club. As others have stated, the customer service is non-existent, and they will charge you and not ship out medications. Do not recommend. It took them a week to respond to my request to cancel my prescription, because there is no way to cancel it on your own on their site (tried both desktop and mobile). You also cannot close your account. Rubbish company.
