I concur with everything people are saying. They have no customer service at all and respond on here with an email that no one uses because you can send emails there but no one will answer them. They don't answer on the portal. They don't answer the phone. HORRIBLE. AVOID THIS COMPANY.

I signed up in November 2022 and had zero problems with my prescription, until a few months ago. At first they began to charge a $3 service fee, which I did not mind at all. But in my most recent shipment they suddenly changed my prescription (different brand and 1 pack instead of 3 packs) without asking me to review and consent to this change. They charged me $28 and then blamed it on my insurance. I have asked them to cancel my subscription multiple times and have not yet had this cancellation resolved. I have called my credit card company to block their charges after explaining the situation and they also recommended that I replace my credit card entirely, which I did. There is zero control over your medication with them. You cannot cancel your own subscription, you cannot remove your payment details and you will be waiting forever to speak to someone about your issues. Completely unacceptable when it comes to healthcare.

pillclub transferred their services to this company and idk why. I can’t even transfer my account to NURX, customer service is literally non existent I waited on hold for 2 hours no response absolutely ridiculous

Worst customer service I have ever encountered. They truly do not care at all about their patients. I've been messaging them, sending emails, calling, and cannot reach a single person. I've been without my medication for a week now! Can't receive any information on when they will ship it, because customer service refuses to respond to any form of contact.

Used to be great, dont know what happened. I have been trying for over a week to find out when my medicine will ship as I will be needing to start back on it soon/finished the pack. No one answers and cant find any information then it just sends me to the on site messaging which no one has answered and its been over a week. I am about to just have to go into a doctor to get my birth control which defeats the entire point of doing these services.

DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!!!! I cancelled my subscription 3 months ago as I’m planning to have a baby. I successfully cancelled this service thru their website (chat) because they do not have a phone number available. Today, 3 months later, I got charged for 3 packages and I reached out to them. They do not want to give me my money back. I dispute this transaction with my bank and I sent them all the proof that my subscription was cancelled 3 month ago. One employee answered me by saying that my subscription was cancelled but they were sending me one from before I cancelled. This company is a SCAM!!!! They never let you go. There’s no way to cancel the subscription yourself. You chat with an employee and then answer you 3 days later. There’s always a different employee and “they don’t have that information available” even if you can see it in your chat history. DO NOT SIGN IN TO THIS COMPANY!!!! They will take your money one or another way!!! DOOOOO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!! Thief!!!!!!!!!! I would put 0 starts if I could.

Absolutely do not use this company if you care about getting your medications in a timely manner. They were good a few years ago, but now are potentially the worst healthcare company I’ve ever dealt with as of today. They are highly incompetant across the board, from the doctors to the customer service reps. They take weeks to get back to you and dont answer your questions.

they charged me for birth control without going through my insurance policy even though my insurance is perfectly valid and told me they would cover the cost of the medicine. of course, billing mistakes happen, but Nurx's customer service team kept telling me to call my insurance even though I told them many many many times that I have already called insurance and insurance never found any record of them submitting anything (to verify, I looked and I couldn't find anything on my insurance portal as well). the entire customer service experience was incredibly frustrating because they kept repeating the same thing to me without actually checking if they did billing correctly in the first place. probably the worst customer service I've ever experienced
