The worst service we ever had. My wife ordered a set of birth control bills. They charged $25 for what they call online consultation, which is nothing other than you answering a set of questions. Then they launched the process of the order. After a week without a response or any hearing from them. They apologized and re-initiated they process. The story got repeated three time over three weeks and at the end nothing is delivered. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone even if you desperate for help. Because you wont get anything other than accumulating charges on your credit card.

Regret using this company and would not recommend. The nurse accidentally submitted the wrong prescription for me, which could not be used. Then it took weeks of back and forth to get it corrected and receive the first order through my pharmacy. It takes at least a WEEK to receive a reply to a single message, and they are extremely understaffed and unorganized. I’m surprised this operation has not been shut down by medical regulators yet. It probably should be.

Totally dissatisfied with this company which I initiated to get Vitamin A or Tretinoin. A month’s supply was listed as costing 30$ but they send a 3 month supply and 90$ is charged to your credit card. They charge extra for auto- renewal where as most companies reduce their prices for this service. They charge a consultation price of 30$ . It’s a hoax. The strength recommended by their medical (???) doctor was the lowest strength which hasn’t shown any effect on my skin ( peeling). To get the higher strength, I have to get another medical consult which will cost additional fees. This type of company nickels and dimes once you enlist. Find a reliable source and don’t get involved with this company

Consistently late on filling prescriptions which causes gaps and issues for my period, they have problems routinely arise with insurance, they charge hidden fees, they had me pick up at a pharmacy once due to them being late and me needing it ASAP. They keep switching around my prescription brand despite me asking them to keep it the same. Bad service and operations. I used to use Pill club and had no issues. They should fill the next prescription prior to the last one ending, seems like a no brainer.

I had used the Pill Club for years to have my birth control pills delivered and had no issues whatsoever. I was very happy with the service. Once it was taken over by NURX, I was told my prescription was out of stock and told to have a pharmacy call a certain number for the prescription. The local pharmacy I reached out to laughed out loud that I was told to have them call and ask for the prescription, when NURX should be the one to do it. I reached back out to NURX on what to do about this and that I desperately needed a refill so that my period would not get completely screwed up. After calling the service number and being left on hold for over an hour, I am no longer using this service.

I am cautiously heeding the poor reviews. I am only in my first week of using Nurx after leaving twentyeight health, so I'm I'm definitely leaving room for potential disappointment after my last experience with my last company. However, after signing up with Nurx, I had my medication within less than a week. I am hoping that I can receive my medication in a timely manner here as opposed to not receiving it at all.

I was previously a Pill Club customer who was transferred to your service and my experience has been nothing short of disappointing so far to say the least. My prescription was cancelled due to "insurance issues" I was never notified about and it wasn't until I went back on the site that I discovered this. After trying to use your chat feature to rectify this, I've either gotten no response or responses that make absolutely no sense. If I try and start the prescription request process over, you try and charge me another $25, which doesn't seem right since I already paid you $25 for a prescription you never sent. At this point I only have two weeks left of my prescription and your team has been completely unresponsive. I'm asking either somone please either help fulfill my prescription that should have been fulfilled a month ago, refund my money, or I will be disputing the charge with my credit card company. Don't use this company.

Horrible customer service! I have tried messaging, emailing, and calling to cancel my subscription to prevent being charged in the future and no one responds! Scammy!
