I feel like leaving a review here is the only way I might get a response... Horrible customer support and lack or effort/care. I work in support and my experience with Nurx support is a perfect example of how to not manage support. It's really unfortunate that they came up with a great idea and then absolutely ran it into the ground.

I wish I read the bad reviews prior to my purchase. I ordered a test kit over a week ago and was told it would ship in 24 hours. It still has not shipped. I reached out by the app with no response and thought calling would be better, but I was wrong. I was on hold forever before giving up and sending an email. I still have not received a response or my test kit. I want to cancel my order but can’t reach anyone to do that. BEWARE!

They started out great when I started using their services a few years ago. Within the last 6 months though the customer service and care has declined greatly. They mishandled my last refill, causing it to get filled nearly a month late. And, I had to go to a local pharmacy, which completely defeated the reason why I signed up with them in the first place (mail service). Then, when I discussed a perimenopause symptom with them, they suspended my prescription without notice. Perimenopause is a normal phase of life. The lack of support was insulting. There are other companies out there, so there is no need for anyone to use Nurx.

DO NOT SIGN UP!!!!! They offer you meds at a great rate, charge you $20 for a “consultation” then when you’re waiting for the meds, they message to inform you what they originally quoted you is now more than TRIPLE the amount quoted. AND they refuse to refund the original $20 for the consultation. TOTAL SCAM!!!!!!

They said they would be able to process my birth control in time for when I would need it. I was sent a delivery date and then was told my order was cancelled. I reached out to them before the cancellation 3 times over their messenger, 1 time over social media and 2 times over the phone with no luck. Just system generated messages. Then the cancellation was surprising after I had heard nothing. Make improvements if you’re going to take over a customer base. Plan better because I’m now without medication that not only kept my hormones in check but my cramps as well.

Awful, doesn't respond to messages and didn't send me my prescription on time

I called customer service 5 times unable to get through. They are the literal most trashy people incompetent people I've come across. I just wanted birth control.

My Rx Never showed up. the company was willing to take my money and charge me for the Rx but when it didn't show I messaged in the app and stayed on hold 3 different times for almost 30 minutes each time - no one answered my messages for over 3 days. My only request was to call the Rx into my local pharmacy since the one via mail never showed.
