this is the worst platform I have ever used, I used to have pill club, and I can't believe they went out of business but NURX aka SCAM is still around. they said they couldn't use my insurance for 1 out of 2 items so I assumed I was okay for the second item. wrong, both were not covered and they had the audacity to say that I said it was fine to not charge my insurance even though I was notified about only 1 prescription. as a side note, i spoke with my insurance, and they said it should cover anything/ NURX, and NURX claimed its inside network only. and of course no refund for the "Consultation" that they do absolutely nothing.

DO NOT USE - FAKE LAZY PHARMACY WITH INCOMPETENT STAFF. THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY AND NEVER SEND YOU MEDICATION. WORST ONLINE PHARMACY. I HAVE STRUGGLED TO TRY AND USE THEM OVER THE COURSE OF 5 YEARS. THEY ARE EVIL AND GREEDY AND THIEVES.

I received emails from the company saying my prescription was expired, which worked out because I was no longer needing it. Today, I had a charge from them, logged onto the site, and a new prescription was processing even though I received NO notice about it and the prescription is supposed to be expired anyway. I never renewed. Now they are lying saying they have no record of the emails sent about the expiration (I saved them, and they are from the same email address as all their other emails), and they had pushed back the expiration date without asking me or even giving me the 48 hours notice to cancel the new charge. They've also hidden all the previously easy to find "Cancel" options on the website and the app. Something is going on with this company and they are trying to out-inconvenience people from pursuing getting anything resolved. As of right now, they are telling me they won't know for 24 hours if they can cancel the order in time, and if not, then they will have to start processing a refund. But I didn't get my 48 hours notice about the charge in the first place and in the meantime, the money is out of my account. I had planned on keeping my account and just letting the prescription lapse for a while, but after all this shady business, I want my entire account closed. EDIT: 10 minutes after getting off the phone with the woman who said the order would be placed "On Hold" while they found out if they could cancel it, I received an email saying the order has shipped. Hardly seems coincidental.

The prescription is just fine. The idea behind this app is good. The customer service and response times are atrocious. I use the service for dermatologic reasons. It makes me sick to my stomach that they have branched out into birth control and possible mental health medication. I would never in a million years use them for that and I tell that to anyone who will listen.

Continues to charge me a $3 “support fee” that I never agreed to even after my subscription ended with them. Contacted their support to be given a copy paste response a week later that doesn’t even address my issue. No way to cancel this support charge nor remove my credit card from their system. Horrendous customer experience, do not use them.

NURX sent me an email saying I needed to update my ID, something about verifying and protecting my identity. I submitted my ID three different times and they never responded and upon further checking, they canceled my previous prescription. I finally had to go in and start over even though I've been with them for years. Never a word about what I needed to do besides submit my ID.

I signed up for Nurx and paid the consultation fee. This was almost a week ago. All of my information has been sent. I have messaged in app and emailed with no response. Furthermore, I have called and sat on hold for over 20 minutes at a time where no one actually picks up the phone. I have never had an experience like this before. Ridiculous. I'm calling my bank to see if I can get my money back. EDIT: I finally was able to get someone on the phone. He said that they were just really backed up...ok...then communicate that to your customers!!!! Anyway, I asked for a refund and he gave it to me. We'll see if I actually get it.

SCAM. SCAM. SCAM. I was never able to fill my prescription and no one would respond after repeated attempts to contact them from me or the pharmacy.
