They seem legit but they did not take my insurance. They take forever to get back to you and if you accidentally do your assessment wrong not knowing what migraine with aura is. They won’t redo your assessment and give you the birth control medication that works for you. If you had symptoms in the past and now you’re not having those symptoms anymore then I would say that they need to make their assessments clear to the one who is using the service but I don’t expect much from an app like this so its all at your own discretion and understanding how to use it.

I've been receiving my preferred birth control from NURX for almost 2-3 years now I think. I told them which one I wanted(that I was already taking) and after confirming everything they started my prescription! I've had no issues since starting!

I ordered some medication for 27$ then after few hours they send me message that is wrong and I need to pay 40$ so I cancelled order.I received message that they will return my money which I didn't receive. So never again...

This company is a total ripoff. They charge you $40 and tell you they will bill your insurance for any prescription they order. After you sign up they inform you that they don’t take “your” insurance with limited explanation. You then go to plan B (self pay). I have a prescription skin lotion I have used in the past and they would not issue a prescription for something that has worked, and is safe. Don’t waste your time.

I HAVE ASKED FOR FOUR DAYS FOR MY SUBSCRIPTION TO BE CANCELED. I HAVE ALSO GONE THRU THE WEBSITE TO CANCEL THE SUBSCRIPTION ALSO. I GET NO RESPONSE FROM THEM THEY REFUSE TO RESPOND AND TODAY THEY MAILED OUT SOMETHING I HAVE NO USE FOR AND CHARGED ME. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. Now they are responding with send them a message. That is what I have already been doing every day. What is wrong with this company?

Very questionable medical care. Seems as if you only visit with a robot/AI and not a real person/medical provider. They take weeks to respond and make you fill out the questionnaire numerous times only to have a “doctor” respond to your inquire a few weeks later. Assessments based only on the survey and one picture without an actual visit with a provider or taking into account past medical history or current medications. I would be highly skeptical of this service and look elsewhere for virtual medical care.

Worst Telehealth experience imaginable. If you want to use a company that only responds with Robots and rarely if ever actually gets back to you then this is the place for you. Seriously awful, irresponsibly unresponsive. These people are thieves and should be thrown in jail.

Quick to collect my fee but very slow to refund when they said my insurance would not pay for a generic that I normally get at no cost. Chat did not respond to my request for refund. I should have read the negative reviews before getting involved in this mess.
