THE WORST SERVICE. They overcharged my card for something that dont aggree with and never reply to any text, emails or anything. Even on the app where you paid 30 dollars for the consultation they never replied.

doc provider was great. subscription terrible. they take your insurance info, then say that you are out of network, even though I dont have a ppo, they say they are not a preferred provider in your network. that is not how my iunsuranc works. they charge your credit card and then wont tell you how much teh medicaiton will cost then dont sent it of give you refills bc they want you to pay for the subscription.

So I did not want to continue my subscription…. I emailed them almost a month ago And was told I had no subscriptions or open orders… this morning I get a message saying my order is being processed…. I have sent several messages and emails with no response…. I will never use this service again and will be very vocal about the terrible customer service ….

Everything was fine until a day ago. They sent me a message for a topical cream that I didn’t approve. I’ve never used it before and I was already on a great routine. I filled out my usual survey evaluation and said everything was good, then the doctor responded days later saying I should try this topical cream. He ordered it at the same time, charging me $90! I asked the same day for it to be removed but they told me it was too late! How can it be too late when I just found out about it today?? The messages I recieved in response basically say I should have told them sooner! Now they keep sending me order updates in response to my app messages so they don’t have to respond. If you don’t see an orange blurb after your message it means you’re no longer in the queue and need to message again FYI. I’ll be looking for other service providers. I’ve heard good things about express script.

Horrible company to work with. Especially if you are trying to get them to help with your anxiety. They do nothing but make it worse. Cant get anyone to help you. The doctors im sure are not real an i was even lied to by mine. Now after i did my part and answered the questionnaire that they sent me. Even though it did make sense as it was only a month in. And now i go to look at my account and prescription and they cancelled it for no reason. But of course the charged me... This company is a JOKE! Shame on you NURX .

For those thinking of starting Nurx, it is $30 off the bat just for the initial questionnaire. Then after talking to a doctor which can take days at a time do they discuss what birth control to order. Well, if you have Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome or any kind of Hypermobility Spectrum Disorder they will straight up refuse any birth control except for this expensive vaginal gel option that can be $100+ dollars depending on your local pharmacy if they even have it. They will tell you to speak with a local doctor instead if you want to go with the pill option (the reason being conflicting information in the medical field that progestin can make your hypermobile symptoms worse and all their pill birth control contains it.) I was surprised by the straight refusal, I thought at the very least they would educate about the risk and then ask if you'd like to order it still knowing the risk (since again, everyone reacts differently and personally I'd rather deal with my other symptoms because they aren't going to go away than get cancer and I haven't had issues taking birth control before). Save yourself the $30 and use another option if you need birth control. Plus, the customer service timing is awful now (wasn't when it was the pill club) and if you need to order things on time you have a bigger risk of throwing off your health due to the delays in communication.

Horrible customer service. Almost feels kind of scammy. I put in my insurance and paid the $30 just to be told after they took my payment, that they don't accept my insurance. That's something I should know before spending the money. I'd love a refund.

It was an alright service, until I ran into an issue. Then I had to deal with long waits for responses to my messages. They never solved the issue, which is that the post office didn't deliver my meds and I needed a replacement. They didn't seem to care that I was out of my meds and just kept steering me to the USPS and checking with my neighbors. I told them twice that I couldn't find it and requested a replacement (I would pay the difference, I added). They were ready to see me go before they helped me with my medications. I'm struggling so bad with my hormones right now, it's not even funny :(
