Numerade helped me pass my Physics course!
I discovered Numerade last year and my grades have significantly improved. I struggled immensely in my Physics 101 course until I found Numerade. There teachers created video lessons to any question I had within a few hours. The teachers would explain each part of the problem and break it down step by step which I much prefer over just being handed the answer like Chegg. Numerade actually helped me to learn the material.

Hey Hannah! We are so happy to hear that Numerade was able to help you pass Physics- you should be so proud! We thank you for the feedback and hope you use the platform for other subjects in the future.

I've been using Numerade for a couple…
I've been using Numerade for a couple years and have felt SO much more confident in my math subjects, they are difficult but with numerade it is helpful and easy to study for them. I love the videos and especially love that I can study with my friends on Study Groups :)

AVOID AT ALL COSTS
As most will say, they unknowingly signed me up for a free trial that billed me $179 and even though I did not use the service after billing, there is absolutely zero refunds and there was not even a phone number that I could find to reach a representative. If you are going to use a service similar to this, stick with Chegg as it is way more reliable, helpful, and honest.

Hey Luke! Thanks for taking the time to leave us a review. While we are sad to hear that you had a less than wonderful experience, please feel free to send us a message that includes the email you used to signup for Numerade for any further assistance. You can also send a support ticket to me and my 24/7 Student Success team at https://www.numerade.com/help/. Numerade subscriptions include a free 7 day trial and are self-cancellable in the billing portal (https://www.numerade.com/payments/billing/). After the trial ends, the plan is billed on a monthly or annual basis. The $179 is our current discounted annual plan (which equates to $14.99/month for unlimited access). To avoid any charges, the free trial would need to be cancelled prior to ending. Again feel free to send us a message or ticket for further help.

Numerade is a scam, NEVER USE
This company is an absolute scam and no one should use this site, ever. I was scammed like many other people with their "free trial," I canceled my subscription before the charge date and they still decided to try and charge me. Luckily my bank denied their attempt at charging me. After I sent them an email, a lady replied to me saying, "don't worry, we will remove this charge on your account," then they continued to attempt to charge me for weeks. This company's only way of profit is to scam individuals with their "free trail," and LIE or IGNORE them when they've been exposed for their wrong doing. NEVER USE THIS SITE, DO NOT PUT YOUR CARD INFORMATION OR OTHER DETAILS. AN ABSOLUTE SCAM THIS SITE IS, NUMERADE!

Hey Nurm! Thanks for taking the time to leave us a review. As our Student Success team shared on your support ticket, the good news is there was no charge. What you likely were seeing were payment attempts that begin to take place once a free trial has expired and was not cancelled, and the subscription is set to begin via a monthly or annual purchase. Our team manually cancelled your sub for you with no posted charge. If you have any questions please feel free to reply back to your ticket from March 22nd. Thanks!

It is a scam
Before getting any service, they want you to sign up for a subscription and unknowingly they signed me up for the highest one which is the annual and you get charged $179 every year I just got charged and I’m trying to cancel on the website and it won’t let me so I had to go through my bank I emailed them and they say someone is going to get back to me but no one does. Please don’t use this website it is an absolute scam with their No refund policy. I did not even get to use the service because their website is so tedious and difficult to navigate.
Response from NumeradeApr 5, 2023
Hey Kevin! Thanks for taking the time to contact us on Trust Pilot. I can confirm that your support ticket from Jan 25th was resolved and that my rep Kaitlin manually cancelled your trial on your behalf. While self cancellation is always an option, a user may always ask us to cancel for them. Thankfully since this was requested prior to the trial ending, there was no charge. Please feel free to message us if you have any further questions!

Class Action Lawsuit
Signed up for the 7 day trial with the expectation that I would pay the $11.99 a month fee after to try it. Numarade charged me $179.99 for a yearly plan that I did not choose. We ought to file a consumer class action lawsuit for this criminal behavior.
Response from NumeradeApr 5, 2023
Hey John! Thanks for contacting Numerade on TrustPilot. We certainly don't want our users to have any negative experience with us, and we're sorry if there was any confusion with the plan breakdowns during the signup flow. While I do see you selected the annual plan, if you did not mean to, no worries! My rep Kaitlin replied to your March 26th support ticket letting you know that we issued a courtesy prorated refund and that you have the option to be switched to the monthly if needed. Feel free to reply back to her or DM me here if we can do anything else for you!
