THIS COMPANY IS A TOTAL SCAM! I was charged $179 and was not even made aware that I signed up for a free trial with them. And the worst part is that after going after my bank and PayPal they said they couldn't do anything about it. I basically got robbed and am STILL unable to use the site.

What a joke!! I canceled my subscription TWICE!! And they were supposed to cancel it in there end as well. Six days after they said it would be canceled, they got me for $179. I swear Emily Vargas is the only person working in their customer service department, if that's even a real person. I'll be filing a complaint.

Absolute scam. They charged me three times, twice in one day for a trial I cancelled within a day. Luckily I have the copy of the cancellation email so I am in process of getting my money back through PayPal ($83.88 x 3). I emailed them multiple times through all avenues but I never heard back from them. I am going to write reviews about them on every review sites I can find so these fraudsters can't get anyone else. I am also filing formal complaints to BBB and FTC. This company is a major scam, they're a fraud. They charge you multiple times initially and sign you up for the autopay through PayPal so they can keep receiving payments while "confirming" the cancellation through their email hoping you don't check your statement a month later. It's sad that they're targeting students as we're the most financially vulnerable people.

I started a free trial to use this site once. Then got charged $18. You'd have to be insane to pay this much when 90% of their stuff is on YouTube and the internet for free. I asked for a refund the day I was charged and they would not refund me.

I subscribed to a 7-day free trial then was charged immediately for a yearly subscription worth $179.88. I then submitted a refund request through numerade.zandesk.com (with the same email registered on numerade), and received a refund of $162 a week later. This is how they make money now so be careful.

Used this for their free trial but canceled before the free trial ended. So, that means it was free, right? Not with this company! I got charged $179! Emailed them and they responded back some sort of ridiculous answer and I couldn't get a refund. Do not give them any credit card information! Not worth it!
