I contacted about getting a refund for the annual subscription and thankfully they offered a full refund minus 1 month. Thank you so much to Kaitlin who helped me. Wish they would send some sort of notification or emails leading up to the subscription renewal though

I had recently received a charge for this website and I thought I had already canceled my subscription and it caused me to think there was fraud on my card, I realize that it was just me forgetting to cancel my subscription. Since I haven’t used my subscription in 10 months, I decided to ask for a refund. They were patient and gave me a full refund minus one month.

As soon as i saw the charge, i emailed Numerade support about my situation and they responded later that day and offered me a refund (minus one month) as a one-time courtesy which i will receive in 5-10 business days. Their team handled it professionally and resolved everything fast. I really appreciate the quick support and fair resolution.

I don’t remember when I subscribed however I realized I was subscribed to a yearly subscription today when I got hit with the charge. I emailed customer care about a refund and explained my situation and financial hardship. I was written back to within a few hours and will be receiving a refund.
