I will give this website a 0 star if this option is possible. I cannot contact customer service by phone; the only option is to email them. I never received the email back from Numerade; note that I sent it in FEBRUARY; it is APRIL. All I asked for is a refund on a purchase- if you want to reject my request, at least reply to the email with a simple "NO." Recently I noticed another charge on my bank account and realized that Numerade has been charging me an amount every month, and I never received any benefit from the charge. I do not see a subscription on the account, and I am certain I only have one Numerade account. But I still signed in using all my other emails (just in case I forgot that I have another account); all the possible accounts that might have the mystery subscription do not have an active plan. This is such FRAUD behavior, and I hope to hear back from Numerade.

I've subscribed to their free trial about 2 weeks ago in order to get solutions for mechanics of materials questions - surprisingly the solutions were absurdly wrong & have attempted to cancel the subscription right after This morning to my surprise I woke up to a charge of 179.99 USD deducted from my bank account and upon inspection turns out it was from numerade & was for their annual plan - I have checked their website and apparently my subscription was still running with no clear path or way to dispute the charge - upon reading other reviews turns out this is an extremely common scenario among other numerade users Such practice is illegal in the state of California, and I am expecting a full courtesy refund before having to resort to a class action lawsuit Edit: your reply is still ass and your business model is still predatory, further action will be taken and I will make sure it's impactful Edit 2: Numerade blocked me on their Twitter after reaching out to them on their private direct messages - no matter what happens, do NOT fall for this scam of a company - punitive action is due now as all methods of amicably resolving this situation have failed

I have no issues with the content of the website. What I do have issues with is their outright disgusting tactics to scam users out of money. I cancelled my subscription within their 7 day trail period. I got confirmation from PayPal that the recurring payment was cancelled. Lo and behold, I was charged a week later for $180. The shadiest part is that, after this company charged me, I got another email from PayPal saying I cancelled my subscription AGAIN. I had to call PayPal because I was going to lose my dispute since they sent a fake payment cancellation the day I was charged. Please look elsewhere for help with homework. They will likely respond with the typical, “The reviewer is lying, we cancel upon request within that 7 days.” Don’t fall for it. I even went the extra effort to take a screenshot of my cancellation and am still in dispute. If you have fell for this scam, please report them to the FTC. Simply search “FTC Report Fraud.” EDIT: I NEVER signed up with this company before. Their response is a complete and utter lie. The reviews speak for themselves…

I never heard of this company until I saw a charge from them on my bank account. Somehow they got my credit info and charged me $179.88. I need to cancel something I never signed up for but they don't even have a valid phone number to contact them. My bank gave me 833-686-3723 but it is disconnected. My bank is disputing the charge. The only way to contact them is through email, which I've seen from all these other reviews that they don't get back to you. I'm not going to go to their site for support because I have to give my full name and email address and I definitely do not want them to have anymore of my personal info to use. Once again, I never even signed up for the 7 day trial or ever had their app on my phone. Scam!

I subscibred for the free trial on April 4th. I cancelled the same day with confirmation from PayPal that automatic renewal had been cancelled. Despite this, I was still charged for an annual subscription a week later. Trying to log back into my account and i'm convinced they've deleted it. Do not trust this site!!! >:(

I didn't know this was a scam... I got charged $180 for something I didn't sign up for. I would like my money back thank you

I signed up for a free trial (monthly subscription after that). I never received a confirmation email or any confirmation of when my trial would end. I wrote the cancellation date in my calendar as today, but apparently it was yesterday. I didn’t even come close to finding what I needed on the platform. So I signed in to cancel today. Not only did I get a surprise charge on my credit card, but it was for the ANNUAL amount, not MONTHLY amount which is what I signed up for. I submitted a ticket for a refund, but based on the reviews here, I’m not hopeful. I should have checked the reviews first! If numerade takes care of this, I’ll update my review!
