Scam. Will charge you so much money even though you did not sign up for trial

This is a scam. I don't even remember accepting a free trial but on 04/26/2023 I was charged $109.08. I have tried to contact them several times but they have never responded. Don't trust this webpage.

I been sending emails on your support team continuously but no answer. Even when trail preid activated not received any email how it is possible. I have kind request from you please refund the amount. And cancel the account from your side.

Apparently this is their mode of operations. I asked a question that has yet to be answered. Yet, Numerade is still attempting to charge me for a subscription that I already cancelled and wasn't aware of in the first place!!

Numerade's 7 day trial is a scam! I cancelled on the second day of the trial and was still billed $179! They have refused to acknowledge my complaint. Do not trust this company! Numerade is continuing its scam by saying I cancelled after the free trial ended. I cancelled on the second day of the trial and when I saw I was billed on 04.13.2023, within minutes I went to the website and emailed a complaint, and demanded a refund and cancelled AGAIN. Do not trust this company!

NUMERADE IS A SCAM! Please all beware, I signed up for, and cancelled my Numerade account on the same day. Although I was met with positive confirmation of cancellation, they have still charged me the annual fee. This site is dangerous, and falsely advertises an account as cancelled when it clearly is not.. I have investigated and have spoken with individuals who have had similar experiences and the story is always the same. I expect a refund to be issued by Numerade, however in the meantime I will be contacting my local consumer regulatory service to gain legal council regarding the matter. Furthermore, customer service representatives are practically non-existent and ignore enquiries for assistance when not in their favour. PLEASE ALL BEWARE. I highly advise all those who have been scammed by Numerade to contact their local consumer services to report this business as fraudulent. Edit: My ticket should most certainly not have been closed as I was mid-complaint with the customer service representative. My account was cancelled (like many others) prior to the end of the 7-day trial period. Yet Numerade have still scammed me out of my money. THIS IS ILLEGAL! Furthermore, the reason for the closure of the PayPal dispute was as a result of simply not providing PayPal with evidence of the 7-Day free trial. This issue is being resolved as we speak, as I have provided them with the requested information, and I’ve been informed that the case will be opened within the next 2-3 business days. I would much prefer the issue be handled by the Numerade customer service team (if they ever decided to respond to my emails) however I am also willing to escalate the matter to the ACCC (Australia’s governing body for consumer affairs) due to Numerade’s predatory behaviour.

Scam, don’t fool by their 7 days free trial, they charged me straight away after I subscribed, this is absolutely rip off.I want refund.

Numerade keeps advising me that a refund was submitted. I HAVE YET TO RECEIVE SAME. Also, if the refund is with my bank as was advised by you guys, kindly provide me with the exact amount that was refunded, the date of the refund and the transaction ID/reference so that I can advise my bank. You guys have stopped answering my emails and I need my money back. Numerade is a scam. Don’t sign up. They stole my money claiming that I signed up for their free trial when that is not so. They have claimed that they have issued me a prorated refund and that my bank has it. This is not true, as I have asked them for a reference number and refund amount so that I may check with my bank and they have stopped responding to my emails and reviews on Trust Pilot. They are unreliable and unethical.
