They charged me after I cancelled my free subscription. Shady website. It didn't even help with my studies. Stay FAR away from this website. I see a lot of their responses to people saying they didn't cancel their subscription. That is a flat out lie on Numerade's part. I KNOW I cancelled that subscription before my free trial ended, so if they say they have no record of that, then they need to fix their website. Just because they SAY they have no record doesn't mean these users didn't cancel their subscription. This website is so, so shady. They should be so ashamed of themselves for taking advantage of broke college students. If I could give 0 stars, I would!

Of course not many users of this sight will be forthcoming to write about its benefits, because a stigma of high priests of education, hangs above our heads for attempting to undermine their "educational" efforts of the priesthood. To be honest, in our times of AI and private education and individual tuition for those who have the rich daddies, this sight gives a chance to those who don't, they can work their way back from extremely complicated online quizzes (where crossing the t's and dotting the i's reigns supreme), and into their books where science tends to be explained in a mediocre, encyclopaedic and completely uninspiring way.

I subscribed for a free trial on June 21, hoping to learn more about my course. The free trial ends on June 27th, so I cancelled it before the day. However, I was still automatically charged. As a student who earns her own money to support her school needs and fees, that was a huge amount. I keep on crying. I already sent an email and hoping to get a positive response. I trusted this website, I look forward to getting a refund. I am so disappointed. Please do something about this so I can get my money back :(

I am listening at the videos and the guy just speak as if he is reading from his notes, he doesn't even explain where he gets the number and how he got the answer. He is just talking with himself.

Similar to many other people's experience, this is a terrible subscription. I cancelled my subscription in March and received a confirmation email saying that I wouldn't be charged again, and then they proceeded to charge me for the next 3 months of payments. The answers are not really reliable, the subscription is REALLY Hard to cancel, and it's hard to even get in touch with them.

The site is littered with incorrect answers, and even after cancelling my subscription within the required timeframe, they still keep attempting to charge my card almost daily. I wouldn't actually mind paying the fee if any of the demonstrations and answers were actually correct, but you can get five or six completely different answers to the same question, with all of them being wrong!
