A user who accepts the special offer during cancellation may not be charged the original plan price of the trial- so it does sound like the charge posted already and trial had expired before cancellation occurred- but we'd need your info to confirm this. You are correct in that you were billed today for $19.99, as you did not cancel your free trial, and so you subscribed to the monthly plan that you selected at signup.
