Hey Rowan. Thanks for leaving us a review on TrustPilot. As shared on your support ticket as well as shared in your review, the free trial expired and was later cancelled. For specifics, we do see this was also cancelled 2 hours after the trial ended as well. Unfortunately a refund was unable to be granted in this case but you do retain access until the end of the month. Thank you.

Hey Aleigh. Thanks for contacting us on TrustPilot. I was able to pull up your support ticket from last year and do see where we left off. We did advise to contact your bank to issue a stop payment as needed because we were unable to manually cancel you as the email address that was continuously provided to us is not tied to any active subscription. This does mean that when you signed up, a different email address was used and is tied to any active sub. If a user requests for us to manually cancel their trial or sub vs self cancelling, it is imperative we receive the proper account information. In this case, we did try several methods to locate you and were unsuccessful. While this was back in 2022, we have not heard from you since until this review, so I invite you to reopen your old support ticket or please email me directly for renewed assistance ([email protected]). Hey Carola. Thanks for contacting us on TrustPilot. I was able to pull up your support ticket from 8/16/23 and see that my colleague Kaitlin has sent two emails seeking the original email address that was used to signup for Numerade, as the one being provided is not the correct one. Please check your inbox or spam folder and continue engaging with her so that she may help locate the active account and manually cancel it for you as needed. Thank you.

Hey Dhruvi- thank you for your feedback. Our current subscription plans can be found at numerade.com/signup. These monthly or annual plans are offered post free trial should a user wish to continue utilizing the platform for access to our library of video solutions and 24/7 educators.

Hey Aibars. Thanks for taking the time to leave a review. As our support team shared on your support ticket from 8/2, a refund was not able to be issued in your instance. Your free trial expired on 18 Jul 2023 07:14 AM, and was not cancelled. Our support team manually cancelled your monthly sub for you on 8/2 per your request on your ticket, but as you can see, 2 weeks had passed since your trial expired. If you have any further questions please feel free to reply back to your ticket.

Hey Shivakumara. Thanks for contacting us on TrustPilot. I was able to pull up your closed support ticket from May 16th, 2023 [21:19], wherein you shared with us that due to your travel you had forgotten to cancel within trial period. While our team attempted to assist you with this despite the non cancellation of the trial- it was found that a chargeback was opened with PayPal. As shared back with you, any disputes made with one's bank, or PayPal, become a matter for PayPal to investigate and sadly leaves us helpless to help, as the funds leave us and are subject to their decision. I also see that sadly, PayPal denied your chargeback claiming it found no evidence as to the claims made and so, your dispute was lost. I can also see that you reopened a claim with them and do advise to continue your communications directly with their rep. Thank you.

Hi Gisele, thanks for sharing your feedback. As you also shared, you did unfortunately forget to cancel your subscription. All users can self cancel in their billing page (https://www.numerade.com/payments/billing/). To avoid a charge, a free trial must be cancelled before it ends, or, an active subscription must be cancelled before each monthly renewal. We were unable to issue you a refund in this instance. Thank you.
