The system and features work well. Customer service was ok. The rep didn't seem to know how to handle getting a technician to fix tech problems. The first technician did not seem like he wanted to be there and I felt like he was in a hurry to get the job done. After making a complaint, the second technician was very professional, friendly and completed the job correctly. So far I haven't had any issues.

While the office staff have been very courteous and helpful (by phone), my experience with field staff has been very frustrating. Have had a work order in since May and to date no resolution. Numerous contacts by phone with field agent, weekly appointments set and either rescheduled or a failure to appear. This is only one field agent. He seems to have a very full calendar, but even so the failure to follow through on set appointments and for this length of time makes me doubt not only his, but company integrity and reliability. I am seriously considering discontinuing service.

Since having the system installed, I called twice because it kept telling me a door was being opened and nobody was there. A technician did come to fix the problem, but I'm continuing to have the same problem. Since I last called over a week ago and several times since, I have not been contacted by a technician to even make an appointment to fix the system.
