Everything went good from sales to installation. Alarm system has great features and easy to use the system. It has a good price as well per month considering all the equipment that comes with the alarm system package.

We are pleased with the security that the system has provided us during the nighttime hours. No more wondering or searching if we think we have heard something. Using the system has been easy to learn, however my wife continues to not truly comprehend the importance of accuracy when entering status or codes. She is doing much better and mostly through her own training. Again, the security/comfort it provides is well worth the investment.

The panel is very easy to use and the app is convenient. It's great knowing my house is secure while I am away.

They rushed instalation of system. Broke thing and drilled holes into a $800 door. Two days later everything started messing up and now does not work. So might need to watch workers.
