Don’t Order!!
Like so many other people here, I ordered on 11/29 and have received no knife. I should have read reviews here before I purchased. The ‘tracking’ info is terrible. I reached out to customer service and of course have heard nothing. I’m pretty sure this company is a scam. The address listed is in like Deleware, which clearly is not the case. False advertising.

Ordered 3 knives and a sharpener on…
Ordered 3 knives and a sharpener on November 30th. These were meant as gifts. When checking tracking, shows still in a facility and tracking has not been updated since December 8. It is now December 20th. So no activity for 12 days. Tried to contact company, no one will respond to my emails. Very very disappointed in this company. Had to go buy additional gifts. I am beginning to think this company is a scam. Order # for tracking 430507

I have not received my order
I have not received my order. I have an order confirmation but there is no tracking information available with this order number. I have tried several times to contact customer service and have not received a response. There was a guaranteed delivery by Christmas which the company is not honoring. I replied to "James" who was wanting me to buy more. No response back to update me on my current order. I would not recommend placing online orders with this company.

So unhappy and am seeing others with…
So unhappy and am seeing others with the same experience on here. I ordered a Loki knife and sheath in late November. It should’ve been here weeks ago. My first email was answered by their CS team and said “should be there soon”…still not here. I sent another email through their contact form. Nothing back. I also tried the phone number in Newark, DE for the company but it goes straight to a voicemail that is full. Order number 430136 for the sheath and didn’t get one for the Loki knife. They had no problem taking my money though. They pounced on that. I’m also going to file a report with the Better Business Bureau. JL Puckett

Loki Series Knife
I ordered a Loki Series knife on 12/08 for a Christmas gift and I have not received it. Emailed them through their website forum with no response. The tracking info on Shop tells me that USPS is still awaiting the item on 12/11 while on the other hand through their email tracking it states the last update is from 12/18. Very conflicting information. Just want my order for Christmas. Order # 443416

NO CHRISTMAS GIFTS, NO TRACKING, NO SERVICE…
Placed order December 7 and they sure debit my account quickly. So far no knives and I have to replace Christmas gifts. I think this is a scam, probably from China. NEVER AGAIN.

No updates from customer service on my order!
As a first time buyer from this company, I am very unhappy. Ordered almost $300 worth of knives for my husband for Christmas. No updates to my order or tracking. Have reached out to customer support numerous times with no response, even though there is a 24-48 reply guarantee. Now I have to figure out another Christmas gift for my husband. I want a refund!
