I ordered what I thought was an amazing gift for my husband only to turn around and think I’ve been scammed. It’s been 21 days, customer service is non existent and I’ll dispute the order. Do not order from them.

Wonder if I made a mistake ordering from Northern Knife, ordered Dec 9th and no updated tracking on the site and no one will respond to emails. I’m going to have to rebuy 3 gifts for men last minute for Christmas. So disappointing, wonder if the knives are worth it, but the customer service is terrible. Would not order here again.

Ordered 10 days ago and still no knife. Apparently I’m not the only one. After reading these reviews I will never order from this company again. UPDATE: Dec 29 and still no knife! I emailed them and asked them to refund my money…….no reply yet. I will file a report with the BBB tomorrow if there is no reply or refund.

I really wish I would have found these reviews before I placed my order. After seeing the ads on social media, I did some research and it seemed to be legit but I think now that I have been scammed too. I placed order #425829 back on November 23, allowing plenty of time before Christmas. Now here I sit, a few days before Christmas without the gifts I planned for my husband and son. The most recent tracking shows that it was handed over to USPS on December 15. If that were the case, shouldn’t I have a valid postal tracking number and be able to see where it is?! So frustrating!

No legitimate tracking number sent. The website tracking is clearly made up and has no connection to the emails I've received from the company. I'm starting to believe this is a scam.

Worst customer service ever. Placed 2 orders on Dec 11th and still have no tracking information. I have made several attempts to reach out to them and have received no reply. This is a Christmas gift and is now going to be late. Very diss satisfied so far with this company. Would not recommend at this point.

I ordered a complete set plus a knife stand from them (Order #443739). Before ordering them on Dec 8th I checked with them and they assured me they would be to me by the 18th. Their tracking system showed shipped but no tracking info. I have emailed them for an update. No response. So I believe this site is a scam. I will be reporting the charge to my credit card company on Monday as a fraud charge on Monday if they do not arrive. These were to be a Christmas gift. They basically screwed me. Beware ordering from them. Your response is BS. Your advertisement said it would be delivered before Christmas. If it was on the way you would have sent me tracking information to my email and responded to my emails asking for a status. Based on your stated timelines and your tracking page it should have arrived by today. Checking UPS and USPS tracking I do not see any packages coming to me in the near future. How about you tracking from your end? I am sure I will be reporting a scam charge to my account tomorrow afternoon. Surprise. Just as I was ready to call my credit card company, I received an email that a package was coming. Then an email from them that my knives were to be delivered, even though their tracking system did not show it. The knives came and look ok, but based on tracking not made in the USA. We will see how they holds up. Long story short their customer service stinks. I would look at other options if you want to buy knives online.
