They communicate in a timely, useful way, and most importantly, they take responsibility for the stumbles that can occur in the order process. I have a few of their tools (knives) and can attest to the high quality and attention to detail they invest in everything they make.

Was gifted this kitchen knife in the Gunner series for my birthday. Looks nice. Balanced. Use; disappointed - every cut turns out half way through the cut. I thought it was me. Two other family members tried to get straight cuts and same results. Then to the cleaning - Can not air dry? Seriously? RUST?! Okay, so I dry it and hang it on my knife magnet. The wood handle holds moisture and I have rust near the handle. I have $3.00 scissors that don't rust when washed. For the $$, this product is extremely disappointing (and that's being kind).

It took me a while, I kept seeing these amazing looking knives popping up on my feed on social media with a buy 2 get 2 free offer. I’d put them in my basket, then delete them as I felt I really couldn’t justify the cost. This went on throughout August, then on the 31st they announced that that was the last night of the offer. So of course, I headed to Trustpilot to see what the majority of the reviews were saying. Mostly positive so I figured “What the Hell, let’s take plunge and give it a chance”. So first things first, I went to google AI and asked what would be the best combination of 4 ‘Northern Knife’ knives with different specialist uses to cut down on overlap in terms of functionality. And so it recommended: 1. Bjorn Utility knife (Precision): In-hand trimming, peeling, and detailed coring. It handles the intricate, nimble tasks that the three larger, wider blades are too clumsy to touch. 2. Bjorn Santoku knife (Everyday Chop): Rapid, clean vertical vegetable and boneless protein prep. Its flat edge excels at speed on a cutting board, saving the heavy Loki from tiring your wrist during basic meal prep. 3. Loki Viking knife (Brute Power): Splitting dense squash, heavy butchery, and open-fire BBQ. Its 340g weight and finger-lock handle dominate high-impact, rugged chopping that would chip or ruin the two delicate Bjorn kitchen blades. 4. The Feather (Effortless Slicing): Laser-thin, weightless protein trimming and paper-thin slicing. Ten days later they arrived and I was not disappointed, they look every bit as impressive as the ads show, they truly are things of beauty and make for a stand out, functional feature on my magnetic knife holder in my kitchen. I was so impressed with the quality of them that I have ordered the ‘Northern Knife’ Rolling Knife Sharpener to help maintain them. I’ve also ordered some food grade mineral oil (Essential) to prevent rust and help maintain integrity as it is completely food-safe, non-toxic and odorless. And then of course, the other great bonus feature is that they have a Northern Knife lifetime guarantee. It inspires me to up my game in the kitchen, I am looking to replace my present chopping board with something more classy and rustic as my present one is not worthy of use with these knives. Lol! Seriously though, I have no regrets and would highly recommend. 😉👍

Great advertising, pretty though mediocre quality knives, shipped from China (I think) and laughable customer service. Really, folks, if you want a quality knife, go with a proven brand that has enough confidence in their product to actually put their name and country of origin on the knife itself.

They are a scam… please be careful if you are looking for a knife that is hand made and great quality this knife is not for you… I have sent many request asking how and where they are made and get ignored…

Great knives, really good quality for the money. The aesthetics are absolutely awesome. Looking forward to using them. Beautifully packaged and shipped. What a great experience! I'll definitely be getting some more. The only problem is the knives are so nice and too good to actually use for cooking. I might just even put them on display.

The knives themselves (and deal!) are amazing quality and I wouldn’t hesitate to buy the product again. The postage however was a massive let down. Such a shame for such an amazing product. I purchased these under the impression they were would be here within the time frame of Father’s Day, and I had ordered them in advance, didn’t arrive until about 2 weeks after. That was disappointing.
