Very disappointed!! I placed my order ( 431087 ) on November 30th and it has still not arrived as of December 23rd. I have received very limited tracking information and no new information since December 19th. I have no idea at what stage of the shipping process or if it will arrive at all.

Ordered 3 knives for Christmas gifts on December 3rd. They have been in transit for days and days. Christmas is in two days and still no knives, no tracking number, and no way of knowing where they are. No customer service number to call and repeated emails requesting contact or a tracking number have been ignored. My Christmas gifts for my husband and sons aren't here. I ordered gifts from multiple other companies with even less lead time and they have already arrived. Why do you only offer standard shipping through USPS, the absolute slowest method possible? If people are willing to pay extra for faster shipping, then offer it. I'd rather have the gifts I ordered than NOTHING!

# 428442 Ordered Thanksgiving Day still no order for the knives update now shows stalled ??? Where do the knives come from ? I also did an accessories order after I ordered the knives, I did a receive the accessories just no knives. The last update I received was on 12/21 it shows my order status as “stalled” still have no tracking number, I am beyond frustrated with this company 3 emails no response back. I do advise to anyone emailing cc your self as there is no way to go back to document your communication. I also noticed they are happy to reply to people who have just ordered and are anxious to get their order. However they do not respond to the numerous people as myself who have no order, no tracking, no responding emails back. PLEASE UPDATE MY ORDER STATUS 🙏

One star is too generous for this company. I placed an order on December 1and just like everyone else no response from company after emails sent. I have checked tracking and that’s joke. Handed over to postal service Dec 17. What and where postal service? If I don’t receive my order before Christmas I’m calling CC co and report as fraud. Order # 431317

I’m having the same issue and the prior 10 or so order/reviews. I ordered on 12/16/24 (#457008) based on website shipping times of 3 - 5 days, which led me to believe in time for Christmas as they are gifts. Have no shipping status and it’s been 7 days. I’ve also emailed for an update. This is false advertising. If you know there will be delays due to the holidays, then advertise that so people can make an educated decision on ordering. I most likely will not have the 3 sets of knives and sharpeners in time to be gifted, and spent a lot of money. Very disappointed and don’t think I will order again. Beverly G

Ordered 12/4 Christmas gift. Followed up with customer service was assured it would be received by Christmas.12/23 no delivery and not getting response from customer service. Advertised as shipping within 3/5 days. Now need to buy last minute replacement gift. Please cancel order # 435749 # 435748 and refund money. Will be following up with credit card company to complain

I am very disappointed with this company. Absolutely no follow through and poor customer service. I placed an order on 12/4/24 (Order #36517). I received confirmation that my order was received. I received another email 12/12/24 that my order had been fulfilled and shipped. I have tried tracking this order because it was supposed to be a Christmas present. The website is obviously not monitored because I have sent three emails requesting information and why I cannot track with my order number. If I do not receive this knife within this week (today is December 23rd) I will cancel this order. I am so disgusted -- After having submitted this review, I found out this company is actually in Guangzhouo China!!! No wonder there has been little to no communication

Order # 453134 - Placed my order on Dec 14th, money debited from my account Dec 15th and as of today, Dec 23rd, no updates on my order! Where is my product? They didn't waste a bit of time taking my $$, but they have done nothing since. I have sent an email, but no response yet! I'm not sure if I will ever get my order, which was supposed to be a Christmas gift for my husband. So disappointed!!!
