Should I even give this a star at all? Same story as every other person on here. Ordered gifts for 3 important men in my life on the 8th and never have received a tracking number through email (although I eventually dug one up), and have emailed 3 times with zero response. It appears, not only is this coming from Chine, not Delaware, but it didn’t even ship out for 8 days after placing the order, and now has been “in transit” for 8 more days. Absolutely disappointed in the customer service of this company and the fact that 3 people will not be getting a Christmas present on time (if at all??) Who knows if these are even decent knives at this point? Honestly, I’d prefer this order just go back to where it came from and receive a refund. Northern Knife Co, I am requesting a full refund on order #444113. Hopefully you see and respond to this since you have not responded to any emails.

I ordered these knives on December 7, 2024. It is now December 24 and the knives still have not arrived. I wish I could upload pictures of the tracking information, because it states that it was picked up by shipping partner USPS on December 11th in Chicago. What a freaking joke! I live in southern Indiana, and Chicago is only 5 to 6 hours from me. It wouldn’t take 12 days for USPS to deliver it. Beyond frustrated at this point, as I was hoping to surprise my husband with these knives for Christmas. 😡

No communication from this company. I placed an order early in December and haven’t received updates or tracking. I’ve reached out through multiple emails and have gotten no response. So sad, it seemed like a good product. Who knows when/if I will get it.

Update: my order arrived finally 4 days after Christmas the knives are beautiful. Would hesitate to order from them again due to all the hassle. Still wonder if they would have arrived had I not pushed it. Ordered 4 knives on Dec 1/2024 . Was assure delivery would be within 10 to 12 working days. Have been getting the run around ever since. The order # they assigned to me won’t even show up in tracking. Once I filed a complaint with better business bureau they emailed me several generic computer generated responses that told me nothing. Finally sent me a different tracking number that showed my order leaving Chicago on December 9 but I have yet to get delivery. Evidently this company is fraudulent and I will be pursuing it as such to the fullest extent of the law.

Doesn’t appear my Order (448607) will arrive before Christmas and I have no current updates as to where my order is. No response to my email inquiring about location and status. Very disappointing! Ordered 4 Loki knives and 4 sheaths for gifts and now I’m out a bunch of money and short Christmas Gifts. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone. Update, it's 3 Jan 2025 and still hasn't arrived.
